We are a family owned and operated business that was established in 1996 by Andy and Allison Yoa. Andy is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Food Service Management and an Assoc. in Culinary Arts. He is the head chef and runs the back of the restaurant, and wife Allison manages the front of the restaurant.
