Sugarsnap is a take-out restaurant, farm and catering firm in Burlington, Vermont. We specialize in wholesome food made from farm-fresh, seasonal vegetables, eggs and meat. Since 1947, Wetherbee's has been operating out of Essex Junction, Vermont. In the early years, cooking mostly BBQ Chicken buffets, they moved from Main Street to South Street where a pavilion was constructed to cater weddings and other functions. While part of the Administration staff at Champlain College, Bill Wetherbee purchased the business from his uncle in 1976.

This experience has been wonderful, from working for other people to owning my own successful restaurants. One thing I've learned through it all.
