Below, you will find a selection of some of our favorite appetizers to get the creative juices flowing. All appetizers are priced separately on your proposal and can be adjusted to your group. These options are best served as a hand passed option during a cocktail reception. We suggest choosing 2-3 for an hour-long mingling session.
Our platters are the perfect solution for no-fuss social gatherings! However, many of our staffed events will opt for platters as a stationary appetizer option or even a late-night snack. A variety of cured meats and house-smoked salmon are served along with dried fruits, pickled vegetables, artisan crackers, and artisan breads.
In addition to our robust micro-brew offerings, we often provide our guests with popular domestic and imported beers. Your Sales Coordinator will be able to guide you through your beer selections. Oregon is home to some of the most favorable wine labels in the world. Although we often work with guests at vineyards, we can source wine from anywhere in the world to feature at your event.
We are event experts. Although it says "catering" in our company name, it is important for us to provide support to our guests throughout the planning process in any way we can. We generally recommend getting in touch with caterers just before booking your venue about 9-14 months in advance. It is important to book caterers early because they may have restrictions on menu choices depending on your venue.

My wife and I used Willaby's for our outdoor wedding in Corvallis, and we couldn't have been happier! Megan was great to work with and super helpful and accommodating! They worked with us to make sure everything was perfect and were to quick to resolve issues that came up the day of (went through all our drinks way too fast. oops). Our guests loved the food, drinks and desserts! If you're having an event in the area, give them a shot! You won't be disappointed!

Willabys catered our wedding of 75 people at The Barn PNW in Dayton, OR. We could not have been more thrilled with how great they were to work with before, during and even after our wedding. The whole team was super responsive to our questions during the planning process and we really enjoyed the expanded tasting we did as a way to add in some fun to all the wedding planning we were doing.
Day of, the whole team was super friendly and service was top notch. Multiple guests commented on how great the team was and even more so how amazing the food was. We did passed apps and a buffet dinner. We definitely recommend Willabys, no matter how big or small your event is. (Thank you Megan and team for helping making our day so fun and special!)

We chose Willaby's as our wedding caterer and day of wedding coordinator, and we couldn't have been happier! The communication and process with them was easy and amazing from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, and all of our guests went back for seconds and raved about how delicious it was. Sara, our day of coordinator, was truly perfect!
She made the rehearsal dinner and wedding day better than I could have imagined! She was always there when I needed her and made everything go so smoothly! Megan, the event coordinator, was also absolutely amazing and helped me with all of my questions throughout the past year of wedding planning! She was so sweet and always responded quickly! We also had Willaby's caterer our breakfast the next morning and it was some of the yummiest breakfast we had ever had!
The Willaby's hosts and bartenders at the wedding were so awesome, fun, danced with us on the dance floor, and were nothing short of amazing! I can't say enough good things about this whole team in making sure my wedding day was one for the books! THANK YOU SO MUCH WILLABY'S! You guys are the best!

Willabys catered our wedding this past summer and we were blown away by their service throughout our planning process, and especially on the day of the wedding. They are truly full service. They coordinated our linens and extra tables through a rental company and were able to help with much more if requested. Our cocktail hour included a charcuterie setup and our main course included woodfired pizza (they brought the oven on-site!), pasta, and salad, and it was all delicious - even the alternative meal options for guests with dietary restrictions were great. All around good company out of Salem with kind, experienced leaders and staff!

You truly cannot go wrong with Willaby's Catering! They have delicious food, and lots to choose from (the mac and cheese was AMAZING for our Fall wedding.) The most special part of all were the people! They were so fun- bartenders full on danced at the bar when the music came on, and so friendly and helpful! Blythe was so welcoming and responsive! We will definitely, with out a doubt, use Willaby's Catering in the future!

I could not imagine my wedding day without Willabys! Their staff was so incredibly kind, attentive, and flexible. They helped our day to run smoothly and really went the extra mile at every turn. Their compassion and support through planning (and re-planning) a pandemic wedding was above and beyond our expectations. If we host another event in the future we will be choosing Willabys catering without a second thought!

Willabys Catering and Event Design was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They worked with us to create the perfect menu - which was not so easy, considering we wanted many gluten free and vegan options. They gave up options and made it clear that they would try to make any of our wishes work. They took care of everything for us. the linens, table settings, servers, bar tenders, amazing food and more.
We did not worry about anything catering related the day of the wedding. Blythe and her crew took care of it all. Willabys Catering gets a 10/10 from us and we will recommend them to anyone throwing a wedding or other event in the future.
