This Is It BBQ & Seafood

This is NOT it. Had their food before and it was mid to poor at best. It's definitely NOT the rib tips. If you're looking for better value for your dollar go to big daddys. I promise I'm not paid to say that. I'm just big on getting value for my dollar. The only thing on their menu i like is strawberry shortcake. I've had it several times before but haven't had it in a while.

So i forgot the portion size in relation to price, so this time was my fault. I doordashed some to the house. It was a frivolous spend but i wanted it. I assumed for 13 dollars it was going to be a nice portion. Nope horribly mistaken. In total i spent $25 dollars for about 5 dollars worth of strawberry shortcake. So very disappointing but I'll take the L.

But I'll never patronize this sham of a soulfood spot again. Their prices were inflated well before inflation hit. Absorbent pricing for mediocre southern comfort food. Just go to big daddy's. You'll be much happier.

Have to pay to get a drink with your meal(s) after 3:00 but you pay the same price for the meals all day - what magically happens to them after 3:00!?! And we're talking about a small / child's size drink at that, yet there is no meal on the menu under $13.99. Aside from long wait times, subpar food, and unprofessional staff, it's foolishness like this why I stop patronizing businesses like this one.

This location is absolutely pathetic. My Husband and I were so excited that they were opening a brand new location near us and the first time we tried out this location it was still closed on the inside but the drive-through was open. We ordered some liver with other items but when we got home to our surprise a liver was just as dry as a desert no gravy and the other items were not fresh or. satisfying OK we gave him another chance.

I have stuff with them since they were at Greenbrier mall sailing chitterlings so today April 9, 2022 the inside was still closed so my husband went through the drive-through and ordered the same thing again making sure that he asked for gravy. He literally waited for 45 minutes which is ridiculous it's self but you know that's what we wanted. When he got to the front they told him that they were out of liver and the cashier said we were waiting for you to get to the front to tell you that is completely unacceptable.

Now I love this brand but just because of this we will not be going back. The appropriate thing would've been to send someone out there or have a system that says when you're out of a dish is it at least say I am so sorry for the inconvenience what can we replace you meal with? On the house. I'm outdone. If I could give him 0 I would. Disgraceful for the brand.

3 vegetable plate with Macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoe souffle and potato salad. For $12.22 I would have liked better sized portions but the food was decent oh and as a side note if you pay with a card you pay an additional fee but I don't know how it's calculated this was $10.99 came up to like $11.86 the rest was the card fee but the lady who took my order was pleasant

I never wrote a review before but this is ridiculous. First off the combos on the menu are too expensive to not come with a drink. Second I get that a drive through line can be long but it's because of the slow service from the time your order to when you get at the window for your food. The person behind me got served before me and from order to receiving my food the whole process took over 20 mins.

My lunch was almost done. For 15 bucks my plate was super light. Barley had any fries and didn't seem like the fish nor the fries just got out the fryer. I hope management or corporate steps in before this location is ran to the ground. The food is decent tastes good but the price to portion is not appropriate. If the prices are going be this high the service at least needs to be tier 1. Speed and customer service. As of right not I will not be a returning customer and I'm sure many others won't.

Overall the food tastes highly processed. There's a lot of space inside of the building which was nice, but there aren't many chairs in seating, so if it's a busy day you might not be able to sit down and eat or dine in. The initial wait time for your food varies depending on how many people are inside, but I felt in my own opinion the food tasted a bit processed. Although it's labeled as BBQ and seafood, there aren't many seafood options. I'm a pescatarian. I primarily eat only fish so to only see Salmon. I was highly disappointed.

The food was delicious & service was fast! They forgot to give 2 of our sides, but they corrected it with no hassle. Even the lemonade is good!

The food was ok. I got to the restaurant at 8:15-8:30 didn't get my food until about 9:20pm I live right around the corner from the restaurant and my food was cold. I ordered the smothered pork chops, greens, Mac and cheese. The pork chops was dry right along with the rice it was served on they really wasn't smothered at all. The greens was ok and the Mac n cheese was ok.

Oh yeah I paid 20 dollars for my food and ain't get a drink I think that crazy they charge you extra just to get a drink and the corn bread was dry af I'm going to try them again

The food was delicious, seasoned to the top notch I travel 3-4 hours to eat there.

Timing is everything! Tues; Jan 18 2022 @ 11:30am - My experience was perfection! From the gentleman who took my order, to the lady who met me at the window: good energy and engaging personalities. And our food: OUTSTANDING!

I really wanted to like this location because I love "This Is It". I was so excited when I saw them building one near me. Well, I stayed in Drive Thru 30 minutes and ordered the dark meat chicken. I received a leg and three flat wings. No thigh at all and it was cold and nasty. I ordered the strawberry shortcake. I received a bowl of cool whip and strawberry syrup. Never again. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to get food at another location. I gave two stars and not one because the customer service was good.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want horrible food and have the patience to wait for a long time. My food tasted old and dry. Whatever dude took my order had me to repeat it more than 4 times and when I finally received my food it was the wrong order. If it wasn't for me telling the lady at the window I didn't pay yet I would've got the meal for free. This place Absolutely sucks and I would not recommend to anyone!

First time stopping here. Catfish was good and hot, fried fresh. I ordered baked beans and broccoli casserole for my sides. Both were a bit dry. Peach punch was good. I'll try them again in hopes of fresher sides.

I had high hopes for this place since it literally just opened however, I should have listened to the reviews because I did read them before I went. First, they only have drive through open and that took forever. When I got to the window they came and asked me two times about my order. When I got home, which isn't far, the meat was cold and hard. I ordered smoked wings and rib tips.

Both the meats were the same cold and hard. There was bbq sauce on my wings which I didn't ask for. The wings that weren't "old" or "burnt" didn't have sauce on it. The beans and potato salad were okay. I did like the broccoli casserole and sweet potato casserole. Those seemed fresh. I would order that again. The desserts with the 2 for $32 is very small. The GA peach punch was good. Overall, I would go back only for the sides.

Yes Lord, finally a place in Union City that understands what customer service is. I visited this establishment this past Thursday night and I was amazed with the customer service. Not only was the service beyond my expectations but the food was soooooooo good. I ordered rib tips potato salad and baked beans and it was worth every dollar.
