Chef Susie has cooked for former presidents and celebrities, led cooking-themed birthday parties for little girls, and provided weekly chef services to the same family for 14 years; needless to say she has catered countless events. Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Susie became accustomed to traveling from a young age. Her father's 39-year Air Force career allowed Susie and her family the opportunity to experience and experiment with specialty cuisine from all around the world.

Susie is a highly skilled professional chef. She is creative and fearless, always at ease in a kitchen, even when filled with nonprofessionals wanting to watch and learn. Susie has assisted me with many events in our home. Her flexibility, and dependability, allow me to ask for assistance for an entire event or only certain menu items.

If you don't want to think what to serve, just go here. Kapampangans love this anyway. Not really that excited with the taste though

Served expired flan today. the flan made my friend sick. do not eat here. go to buko express instead. buko express has great fresh pies.

Pancit palabok is so delicious match with their original recipe of halo halo. We also bought pampango delicacies.
