Chef Susie has cooked for former presidents and celebrities, led cooking-themed birthday parties for little girls, and provided weekly chef services to the same family for 14 years; needless to say she has catered countless events. Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Susie became accustomed to traveling from a young age. Her father's 39-year Air Force career allowed Susie and her family the opportunity to experience and experiment with specialty cuisine from all around the world.

Susie is a highly skilled professional chef. She is creative and fearless, always at ease in a kitchen, even when filled with nonprofessionals wanting to watch and learn.
