Smoke and Spice did an AMAZING job for our Beach BBQ at Virginia Key Beach back in March. They were on time, the staff was extremely friendly and every step of the process was nothing but swift. Tyra provided on-site bbq grilling for our 150+ guests. Carolina was extremely helpful throughout the booking for our event. And then they food. OH MY GOD it was honesty the BEST brisket I've ever had and that was a comment that almost every guest had. All their food was fresh and delicious. I highly highly recommend smoke and spice for your next bbq catering! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I used smoke and spice to cater for our companies thanksgiving luncheon. They did not disappoint! They are extremely professional and great with communication. Any time I called with questions they were ready willing and able to give me answers. I worked with Carolina, she was a super star with getting our order. The delivery was perfect, they arrived on schedule and dropped everything off and made sure we got our complete order. The food was delicious! 10/10 recommend the pulled pork. Thank you Smoke and Spice for making our Thanksgiving Luncheon a memorable one.

We ordered Smoke & Spice(BBQ buffet) for an event of around 35 people and we were blown away with the service, value, and flavors. The only thing I'm disappointed with is myself for not taking picture to post this review! The food tasted so flavorful, the portions were generous, and everything arrived at a great temperature. They provided the utensils, plates, serving spoons. Visually, everything looked clean, ready to serve, and very appetizing.

The service for placing the order was excellent, they worked with us to create a catering package that met all our needs (pricing, variety, etc.). The delivery was also very. prompt and so friendly. I would absolutely recommend Smoke & Spice to anyone looking for catering options and I will definitely be ordering from them again and trying their other dining options as well.

If I could give Smoke & Spice 6 stars, I would. It's not often I'm left that impressed with service from beginning to end. You and your team were professional, communicative, and the food was delicious! Ingrid confirmed my order within minutes of my online submission, she was communicative and flexible and kept in touch throughout the delivery process (when the food was on it's way, if there was a traffic delay, etc).

The food arrived ready to serve and hot, and was absolutely phenomenal! Good customer service is fleeting, and that's just not the case with S&S. Anytime I need BBQ catered, I'm using Smoke & Spice.

I had an amazing experience with their team for our wedding in Tavernier, FL. Food was amazing and it was the perfect tropical infused menu for the venue. Ingrid was a dream to work with!

We used their self catering delivery service and 1) easy communication 2) excellent food 3) accommodating staff We were providing dinner for 100 folks on the beach and Ingrid was really great to deal with. The quality of the food can't be beat. Loved the corn bread and pork and roasted veggies. Highly recommend.

Smoke and Spice catered our son's rehearsal luncheon on March 23rd, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the food. We ordered the jalapeno meatballs (wow!), pulled pork, smoked bbq chicken, mild chipotle potato salad (OMG!), baked beans, mac 'n cheese, and cornbread, and it was ALL delicious. The portions were generous and many of our guests had second helpings.

The customer service was also wonderful! Ingrid is incredibly helpful, professional and easy to work with. She made the whole process seamless. The food was delivered on time and hot. I will be using them again, and I've recommended Smoke and Spice to my friends and family.

I ordered the Deluxe BBQ package for a party of 30. I spoke with Ingrid on the phone to confirm my order and arrange for delivery; she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. 5-star customer service and food; everyone loved the meal and raved about the brisket! My only regret is that I didn't order more; there were no leftovers! I highly recommend Smoke & Spice!

So we're at the Whole Foods in Pembroke Pines.and it happens to be Farmers Market Thursday. got some fine pickles from the pickle guy (DrPickle?) and nice tacos from the taco ladies.but DAMN I wasn't ready for this KILLER BBQ! had the brisket. CRAZY GOOD AMAZING crust and super moist! the Sweet Potato Mash was pretty good too.worth mentioning. but DAMN was that some tasty BRISKET! will follow him on smokeandspicebbq on Instagram!

We chose Smoke and Spice to cater the barbecue for my son's camp-themed birthday party and we are SO THRILLED we did! I've worked with a number of caterers in the past but this was by far the most pleasant, reliable smoothest and professional transaction I've ever experienced! Their menu offerings are vast and everything is delicious.

Our company has the privilege of having a team that values their professional relationships, and we were introduced to this company from one of our all-star team members. From the menu planning, delivery, execution and overall quality--- this company EXCEEDED the expectations of our staff and our guests! We heard NON-STOP compliments about how delicious all of the main entrees and sides were.

At the firm they get this delicious BBQ catered food from smoke and spice. I have never been to the actual restaurant but if I am ever in the area I would! I have had a variety of all their menu items and I have no complaints! Everything is tasty and very filling. The BBQ ribs are tender and taste good. The bread is moist not dry. The brisket is juicy with a nice smoky flavor and crisp outer layer Mashed potatoes are full of flavor and have a similarity to the taste of the ones from Cheesecake Factory. The house salad was very good with blue cheese and candied nuts is great.

I attended a Smoke & Spice catered baby shower that was thrown by close friends. I thought I would be eating so-so food which would be quickly forgotten. Boy was I wrong. As a weekend griller I thought I could create some nice barbecue. The folks at Smoke & Spice take barbecue to a new level. My wife and I enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, baked beans and coleslaw.

My only regret that day was that I had to leave early and didn't get a chance for seconds. I have already spoken with Mark Rogers and let him know that I want him to cater my next domino's club meeting. The quality and cost can't be beat even if you do it yourself.

Every time i think of pulled pork, YUM YUM YUM from Smoke & Spice. The raspy flavor of the delicious bar be cue sauce they use is amazing. Mark and his wife lead their team at so many events all over Miami. Every time I am at an event, I wish and hope that Smoke & Spice will be their. I can't brag about these foodie people enough. Smoke and Spice made me look like a rock star on Mother's Day! I had about 20 family members at my home and, as a mother myself, did NOT want to cook. So, I had Smoke and Spice deliver their amazing ribs and brisket and my guests couldn't stop raving! Every BBQ restaurant claims to have "the Best BBQ".but they don't. I am here to say, Smoke and Spice DOES! Hands down! Thank you for making my event a success.

I ordered last year for our office Thanksgiving and it was amazing, from the person who toke my order to the day of delivery. The food arrived on time and hot, no regrets what so ever. I will be ordering from this place again this year.

It was a pleasure working with Smoke and Spice on my mother's 50th birthday dinner. Especially after dealing with my fair share of rather unprofessional vendors during this event, it was so refreshing to speak with a company who was not only professional but courteous and actually delivered on their product! There is always a bit of a concern when purchasing or ordering something from a company you have never tried before. In this case, I am thrilled I branched out to something new for our event in our house! The service was amazing (timely, precise and accommodating) and the food was even better! Everyone was delighted (probably not more than me;-) Everything was amazing, but the items that were a HUGE success were: the pulled pork and ribs, the baked beans and the pasta salad.

To be honest, I ordered the pasta salad not knowing what to expect; however, I was so surprised.it was light, new and delicious! Thank you for making our event a success and a memorable one too! We will definitely recommend your menu to everyone we know and using it again for other activities we may have in the future.

Hands down Miami's best caterer. I was at a party catered by this company and I was just blown away by the quality and taste of the food I was served. Every bite was better than the next. The presentation was creative and modern, I even remember watching a passed hor d'oeuvre go around the room in awe of how it was displayed. Luckily I didn't let too many go by without trying one (or two). The owner Mark was relaxed and smiling throughout the affair. These guys are top-notch and I will definitely be calling them for my next party.

These guys are the best caterers in Miami. Don't let the name full you. they do the best BBQ you'll ever find, but they can do full service event planning for all types of events.
