Most ridiculous company. They sold faulty machines to me and charged me for returning the faulty machine. Please read their T&C before you buy from Sephra Europe Ltd.

Sephra chocolate fountains and products are now my new favorite place for purchasing party treats. The staff here are very friendly. They all know how their product works, is assembled, and how to make the treats highly appealing.

Worst company Iv ever used! Also known as the "chocolate fountain warehouse" Really rude woman on the telephones with no common sense what so ever! They use dpd. Dpd who cannot work out some roads have house names not numbers, this is a delivery company? They are lazy on my road and take parcels back to depot without attempting delivery. The woman on the phone also kept repeating how hard that must be for the driver & repeatedly said it as if I could tell the council I need a number not a name as it may make delivery drivers jobs harder!

The manager was fine but definitely didn't speak to the staff who put the phone down on me and was very rude! I wasted a full 8-10 hours chasing around my package and not receiving it until late evening at the dpd depot dragging my toddler round! Advice: Use pancake world! Avoid this company

These people offer a truly Rolls Royce Service! I have been using second hand Sepha machines for years and this year I thought let me call them and see how much a new machine is, and I must say from the 1st call I made, I could not get more re-assurance, what ever I buy from them be it chocolate or even all my new 3 machines that I bought they come the very next day, I had an issue with one machine that I bought and I got on the phone to them and Julia who works there sorted it out immediately a real no nonsense sort out, she had my machine pick up the very next working day and had it back with in 6 days, NO cost to me ever when I call them with help regarding my chocolate fountain business they will help you till your ears hurt. This is where I buy all my chocolate for my Sephra fondue fountain. Chocolate: Melting their chocolate in the especially made bags for the microwave is so easy and mess free. This is one of the reasons for my 5 star rating. If you don't by their chocolate and use cheaper chocolate melts (Wilton's), you will need a double boiler.which means more clean up for you.

With their bags, you just put the whole thing in the microwave, heat, then pour into the fountain. Done. Also the quality and taste of their chocolate is above and beyond. I always get asked what kind of chocolate I buy because its so decadent and yummy tasting. I buy the Belgium chocolate selection.the more pricier version, but totally worth the extra $$$. Fountains: I've used/bought other brands of fountains before.

But Sephra fountains are durable and the motor is the quietest. Sure it's more expensive but it's worth every penny to see everyone enjoy it, the chocolate flowing smoothly and easy clean up.

Sephra Fountains provided an AMAZING Nacho Cheese Fountain for tortilla chips at a Fiesta Dance I held. It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it, and the service provided was incredible! I hiiiiighly recommend this company to anyone hosting a party! Their fountains aren't just for chocolate. How sweet is that?;-

I'm having a fundraiser event at my home in a few weeks so I ordered a 19 elite brushed stainless steel chocolate fountain to supplement other desserts I plan on serving at the event. I have a smaller unit that I purchased many years ago but the Sephra is much better quality. When I received the product and had a chance to inspect, I realized they accidental shipped me a refurbished one instead of a brand new unit.

When I called customer service, they were completely apologetic and immediately shipped another one to me next day. They even offered to have the CEO drive one over to my home if I needed it for the weekend since he apparently lived near me. I told him shipping it to me was fine and I received it the very next day. I even received a follow up call making sure I received everything ok and I was happy with the product.

I was very impressed with Sephra's customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was ultimately pleased with my purchase and I really appreciated that.
