Ed and Roxanne did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. One of the best features of dealing with their company is you get to speak directly to the owners and not someone else so your communication is clear and precise. You also get to use text messaging which is fantastic and easy. On the day of our wedding, I was able to communicate with Roxanne via text message instead of making one of several phone calls.
They were on time for the delivery and handled the set up with the hotel so we would not have to be bothered during the reception. Roxanne even called to room service for extra servers for us. The only sad part was they could not stay around and party with us and our guests! Everyone enjoyed the food. I personally recommend the pigs in a blanket and fresh fruit! The fresh fruit was great the next morning for breakfast! As a director for a chamber of commerce, I know what it takes to have a successful business and these two have it!

Well this lovely lady Roxanne helped me plan my reception menu (on a tiny tiny budget) she called me and emailed and she would always keep me up to date. We went to Las Vegas to get married on 9/17/2011 and for our reception we had the best and I'm not kidding the best baby back ribs and BBQ beans OMG!! I recommend this main dish to anyone that loves BBQ.
It was a hit at the reception. It was so perfect, when we go on vacation out there again were getting those fall off the bone ribs. FYI I just didn't get the ribs and beans, also included was Peasant salad, veggie platter, bread also scrumptious!!! Well Roxanne your were very helpful and right about everything. Thank You!!

We just came back from our Vegas wedding that we had a month ago and Ed and Roxanne provided the catering service for us. We live in Connecticut and choosing a caterer across the country is not an easy task but after talking to Roxanne for 5 minutes we felt the stress (at least for the catering) level go away and a feeling of confidence set in. They made what could be a difficult part of our wedding plans turn into fun and excitement.
We felt very comfortable after several conversations, so comfortable that when we received a phone call 3 weeks before our wedding, our Vegas house rental had a fire and would NOT be available for our 22 guest, we had no where else to turn so we called Roxanne at 10 o'clock at night looking for some help. She was instrumental in hooking us up with the most amazing house in Vegas that absolutely made our wedding a huge success.
Ed didn't fold under pressure either.
We had some tough critics with us that are amazing cooks in their own right that were gushing with compliments as well. Everyone was so relaxed with Ed and Roxanne running the show. We can't say enough about Good Nite Gracie but we can start by saying this was a great experience and that without at doubt will make your event a hit.
