I contacted this establishment in hopes of having food delivered to a friend's family, whose father had just passed away. She was very helpful, at first, and provided good recommendations. However, when I called back (twice) to place an order, she did not answer the phone, nor did she respond to my voicemail. I also submitted a request via their website. Again, no response.
My friend lives within five miles of Sarellis. This should've been an easy transaction. If the order wasn't large enough to garner interest, then she only needed to inform me as such. I not only would've moved on to another option, but I wouldn't be taking the time to leave a negative review.
