So here it finally is, straight from the horse's mouth. We're proud of our Teterboro facility and look forward to your visit. Please be sure to have picture identification, valid driver's license and a business card with you when visiting. Due to elevated security procedures we must limit all visits to our facility to active clients only. No street trade, vendors, or non-aviation related persons would be admitted without prior approval by management.

LOCAL (with in 5 miles) - All specific special item requests or restaurant pick up requests with in our local area will incur a $25 pick up fee pick up fee + a 50% service charge based on the total amount paid. This fee includes ordering the specific items, picking up the items, and packing the items with any other items on your catering order.

Been using Rudy's for over 25years, ,, poor management appears, I have ordered shrimp cocktails on 3 separate occasions and they forgot to include cocktail sauce, can you imagine after you take off ready to enjoy your shrimp with no cocktail sauce to dip more than just frustrating, to resolve the issue Rudi's offers me a $20 credit, I'm sure the shrimp cocktail cost more than $20 for 3,, poor customer service, poor meal preparation but the food quality moderate, certainly not like they used to be as someone else stated they have certainly gotten too big too fast and just don't care anymore, ,, if you order the beef tenderloin, wouldn't you think salt and pepper would be included in your box lunch, Rudi's management says, you have to request salt and Pepper to be added, ,, not every plane carries a flight attendant, somethings you shouldn't have to worry about such as salt pepper or your cocktail sauce for your shrimp and it's not just once, several occasions this happens!

Do flight crew members really need to preflight their box lunches now and check for cocktail sauce, and salt-and-pepper we're all way too busy to have to worry about this! Rudy's needs to step it up, and be the best like they proven in the Past! Rudy's is a 3 out of 10 these days, A satisfied customer is your best form of advertisement Spread the Word, tell a friend.

Rudy's catering is the best! Everything I have had is 5 star. I especially like the breakfast fruit platters, fresh orange juice, and smoked salmon and cheeses. Lunch sandwiches are fantastic, Greek and Ceasar salads are a staple of mine with chicken or shrimp. Love Rudys!

Absolutely awful. Not sure where to begin. Often times inedible and/or not even close to what had been ordered.
