Services
A beautiful set up display with all of the equipment needed to ensure that everyone gets their hot food hot & safely. Our professional waiters serving your guests, replenishing their beverages and clearing their plates. Our beautiful buffet set up combined with many of the best features of a plated and served event.
Multiple deliveries made together to the same location will only be subject to a single delivery charge. An additional charge of $50 will be added to the standard delivery and/or pick up rates between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am (Royal Catering is available for you 24/7). All orders for less than 10 people will be subject to an additional $30.00 service charge. Additional holiday service charges may apply - please inquire.
Most places that deliver food just do this. They deliver food and don't place much thought into their staff members who deliver the food. At Royal Catering, our Service Ambassadors will do so much more than just dropping of some trays of food for you. They are catering experts and will arrive on-time dressed professionally, set up your catering display beautifully and will have all of the needed serving equipment to make sure that everyone gets their food efficiently and at the proper temperature.Before departing, they will review your order setup to make sure that you are very pleased with everything (and you will be).

We had Royal Catering provide desserts for our 300+ guest event. They were extremely flexible to our needs and budget, responsive and provided updates on our orders, and early to set up before the event. The desserts were beautifully arranged, designed, and delicious! I highly recommend them for any catering needs you may have.

BEST CATERING COMPANY IN DFW! A special shout out to Mario who served our event who did a fantastic job. He was super nice, helped clean, positive attitude. Overall awesome. Now on the food, AMAZING, fantastic set up, food was kept warm and I can't even begin to talk about the presentation. ON POINT. Thank you so much for making my engagement party a success. We recently had Royal Catering Events catering our neighborhood valentines party. They went above and beyond to make the day so special. The food was amazing. The set up by Ernesto was great. He was very nice and made sure everything was perfect. Kaitlyn was patient and answered all of my questions. Everyone raves about the food. Can't wait to book RC for our next event!

"Over the top"! That's an actual comment from someone at my meeting yesterday for the lunch and breakfast I ordered from Royal Catering. The food and service is always spot-on. I ordered the gourmet boxes for snacks, and it took it to a whole new level. SOOO good. I've used many caterers, and with Royal, I know it is always going to be delivered on time, beautifully set up, and delicious!

Royal Catering recently provided lunch at an event for our neighborhood ladies club. The food was delicious, and the servers were very courteous and helpful. Kaitlin Kozlowski, Senior Special Events Coordinator, was most helpful and gracious in answering my many questions. I would definitely call them again for any of our special events needs in the future.

We first enjoyed Royal Catering's food at my nephew's wedding, so it definitely made choosing a catering company for our own wedding easy. From start to finish, working with Kaitlin was an awesome experience, she's very helpful and responsive. The food was absolutely delicious and the servers day of (Kaitlin, Mario, Juan and Ernesto) were amazing.
The entire team helped make our wedding day stress-free and a pleasure to work with. You won't find a more budget friendly, professional or better tasting caterer in the DFW area. We would choose them all over again. 10/10 Recommend!

We used Royal Catering for our daughter's wedding. This was the first time we had hired a caterer so I didn't know what to really expect. We met with Kaitlin for a tasting and hired her right away. The food was amazing and she had great ideas for what all we needed for our event. My daughter got exactly what she wanted (breakfast for dinner) and she was incredibly happy. Kaitlin was great with all the communication and working with her was super easy!
When the wedding day arrived Royal Catering showed up and showed out! The displays were awesome for the cocktail hour and the buffet line moved with precision. They cleaned up the tables as people finished their food which was amazing! The wedding venue said they were the best caterer they had ever worked with and they hope to do more business with them. We loved our experience with Royal Catering and you will too!

Our wedding was originally supposed to be on Feb 19th, which was the week of the winter storm. We had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding just a few days before it and Kaitlin and Royal Catering were so amazing the entire time. They were flexible and the communication never ceased, even when Kaitlin herself lost power. She still put in every effort to make sure everything was updated for us and our date changed.
Our wedding just passed on April 9th and Royal Catering made it so worth the wait. Their food was so good and the way they displayed everything was so cute and went perfect with our venue and theme. Kaitlin made every decorative sign herself. We absolutely loved everything they did for us on our big day. We had the bbq buffet with brisket that was carved on site and a mac n cheese station.
We received so many compliments on our food. We wanted our food to be one of the highlights of our wedding and it definately was. We highly recommend Kaitlin & Royal Catering for any event. Their friendliness and professionalism, as well as the quality and taste of their food can't be beat!
