Randi's Restaurant

I was there for a catered event and I had a good time. However since people are asking me for my review of the restaurant it would be unfair to give additional Stars since I had not sat down and had proper dinner service. When I do go there for a meal I will update this review.

First time and will definitely return, shrimp and lump crabmeat cocktail amazing, warm bread and oil delicious, I had the New York strip and my daughter had the rib eye Omgoodness huge and all deliciously seasoned

Had my daughters 5th birthday party there. The staff were very professional and the food was good. Unfortunately another party was happening: a wedding, so future planning for people booking parties- try to not to plan your dinner party at an establishment that will already be hosting another party that same day/ time. But yes good food and great drinks!

The food was awful and had flavor. Order Seafood Scampi and instead of pasta they sent us seafood mixed with rice, the chicken Marsala had no flavor and the rolls with tasteless. I verified the address with the manager and was super late with catering order because he gave them the wrong address. After this they stated that it was my fault for not answering my phone while I'm hosting a party. His delivery guys didn't have a gps to find my address kept calling me asking me for directions for over 30 minutes. I will never order for this place again.

Been going here since it opened. Never had a bad meal. Service is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable. Can't beat it. Highly recommend.

Service was very slow the apps.were ok. I had Shrimp and Scallops for dinner and it tasted like bad Seafood. My wife and I will never go back even the older couple next to us had a problem with the same dinner as me.

Just hosted my sisters baby shower here today. It was perfect! The food was delicious, and the staff was super attentive. Thank you so much for helping me host such an amazing event! I will absolutely recommend this place for anyone asking for a great place to host a party! Thank you again!

We had a reservation yet stood at front waiting g over 25min they had workers. The food was just ok. My daughter got filet it was $28 we ordered it Medium it was raw inside so we asked they cook a bit more when it came back it was soburntshe didn't have 1 bite

Our first time there. Good food. Great prices. It reminds me of Cheers, minus Norm and Cliffy. In their place there was Russell and Tommy.

Just stopped by for a sandwich, it was great. The lunch menu is full of delicious sandwichs. I got pork Italiano, so good.

Went to Randi's on Saturday the 27th of November 2021. Stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and my Husband said it was longer. No one came up to us to help us! Except for a waitress who went by us and I said we have been waiting and no one is helping us! She ignored us and walked by. Shortly after that I went into the bar and spoke with someone to tell them hey we haven't had anyone help us for over half an hour.

Three minutes later two blonde hair waitresses came over to me and said I just got them into trouble. I said for what you told them nobody was helping you and I said it's true I'm here 20 minutes and I said to the one waitress I was here and she ignored me. She told me I was there for ten minutes and said I was with another couple I said your mistaken if you would have come up and ask me how many I would have told you.

Very unprofessional women. They could have come up and said we are very busy now with a funeral lunch but no that was terrible I would never go back there! Poor management and rude waitresses im not a confrontational person. That's fine we went to Carrabbas Restaurant we're the management is helpful, friendly! Won't be going there ever! To Randis.

I don't usually write a review unless the service was exceptionally good or bad. I wish I could say it was good but in all honesty, I can not. We went there for my fathers 99th birthday dinner. We were a party of 10. Our reservations were for 5:30pm. We all got there, were seated and got a round of drinks. The waitress took all of our orders around 5:45.

When the waitress brought out our salads, she mixed them all up and most of got the wrong salads. OK, no biggie, we figured out who ordered what. Then we waited, and waited and waited, for our main courses. It took 90 minutes for us to get our dinners, and they came out 3 at a time, with almost 5 minute intervals between. That's another 15 minutes on top of the 90 we already waited.

I ordered the crab cakes, there were 2 huge crab cakes on the plate, but it was over 80% filler. When I say filler, I really mean stuffing, that's right bread stuffing, NO CRAB! My son ordered fettuccine Alfredo, he was the last one served BTW, and it was so watery, you could drink it like soup. My family didn't fair much better, the broccoli was brown, steaks over cooked, the list just goes on and on.

It took another 20 minutes to get our bill paid. Now mind you, we have 2 senior citizens, my dad is 99 and my mom is 95. They had to sit in those uncomfortable chairs for OVER 3.5 HOURS!. Not a word of apology from our waitress or management at all. They include the tip of 15% on large groups, so she didn't care, she was guaranteed a nice tip regardless of her service, or lack of.

I know all about how hard it is to get good help in these crazy times, but management needs to be on top of their guests, to make sure things run smoothly. If you can't handle a large party, THEN DON'T TAKE THEIR RESERVATION. I will never visit this place again, worst experience ever. This was no way to treat a World War II vet on his 99th birthday.

If I could rate this place a neg 5 stars I would. Let me start by saying NOT one single server or employee had a mask on when clearly on their website stated that they abide by cdc guidelines. Food was not at all worth the money. Bread was rock hard, salad was wilted, potatoes were mushy and vegetables were half cooked. They served roast pork in beef gravy instead of roast beef and told us that it was roast beef which it was not. Waitress was very rude from the start and the men that were there were told by this waitress that she doesn't serve men.

Whatever she ment by that but she was very rude. When it was time to pay the bill she tryed to charge for 15 extra adults and 6 extra kids we had that taken care of then it was time to pay the bill money was triple counted at the front table and handed to the waitress instead of her counting it infront of us she rushed to the back. We didnt think much of this at the time.

About 5 minutes pass and she comes out and says the the bill is 142 short. Are you serious and then she proceeds to tell and say what are you trying to say I stole the money. Then leaves and says not to worry about it. They were supposed to serve food for 2 hours and right after that they stopped serving food and the waitress proceeded to tell the other waitress that we need to get the f out.

After it was paid for and refused to serve the party. All in all our first time at this establishment and certainly our last. Very upset about how the party was treated and accused of not paying in fill when clearly that was not the case. The rest of the time that was left for the party this waitress kept making rude faces at the guests. Absolutely disgusted at the experience and lack of respect to the party. Very unprofessional and down right disrespectful.

Five years ago for Valentine's Day I took my wife and new born for a special day. I must say, our meals were excellent, waitress knew the menu pretty well and listened to our request. Place is neat, well organized and people are respectful.

Food and service both great. Huge portions, very tasty. Our server was simply wonderful. We were near the bar area so a bit noisy was the only reason not 5 stars!

Loved this place. Went here to celebrate my mom's 50th surprise birthday party and we loved it. Place has great decor. Very nice inside. Dinner plates are great but can run up to $16 - $25 bucks. Didn't take a picture of the food. I got a medium steak, it came out looking rare. But that wasn't a problem for me. Still like it that way. Forgot to take pictures though of it. Didn't think id be writing a review.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times for parties and events and each time its fabulous! I really liked the banquet hall I have attended parties at before. The restaurant was also perfect for the baby shower I attended today there. The food is fantastic for both Brunch, dinner and their sweet too. The selection is VERY IMPRESSIVE and the FOOD IS FRESH.

They include everything in a per person package and it is VERY AFFORDABLE esp for everything they include! In the banquet hall they give you your own waitress staff, bartender in the room and dancefloor is perfect for the size of the room. DJ Milkyway Music Enterprise was djing at events there and it was the best party! Everyone was up and dancing the entire evening, they can dim lighting so a DJ can transform the room.

You can go in early and set up your decorations. Overall this place is fantastic and as I explained before you get ALOT in a package and I know for the baby shower today I asked about how much and it was only between $17 and lower $20 per person for it all the lesser amount for kids of course. I do remember the other parties I believe kids under certain ages are free but I could be wrong.

For that pricing it easily blows many other places out of the water as far as affordability, good fresh quality food w/ wide selection of foods to choose from. The DJ there Definitely Hire Milkyway Music Enterprise for your parties at Randi's he goes above and beyond a true entertainer. Nobody wanted to sit down we danced so much!
