Working with Pam and the entire staff at Provence Catering was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, Pam was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and accessible. We were planning from a different state at first, and she spent time on the phone with us going over each detail, asking questions, and providing insight that neither of us would have possibly had.
She and her staff created a low-waste, vegan wedding for us with a menu that was truly INCREDIBLE! Pam also worked directly with our rentals team so we didn't have to worry about chairs, linens, tents, or lights. At the tasting, Pam was incredible generous and I'm pretty sure I cried at how beautiful the food was. Leading up to the wedding, she was there every time I had a question, concern, or needed advice.
On the day of, she worked with my other vendors to set everything up. Her staff was so nice, professional, and felt like part of the family. She made sure our day was the most beautiful day imaginable, and I truly don't know what we would have done without her. We love Pam so much and would recommend her to everyone!
