they were two hours late, the food was terrible, the cake was at least a week old, they were rude
I hired Prime Food Catering for my wedding and they were a complete mess (Eduardo). It started with them arriving two hours late, (while interrupting the ceremony with loud music and banging). They didn't do anything they said they would. They didn't even have water for my guests. The dinner service started very late and was terrible, everything was cold. Some of my guests left early so they could go out to dinner. They interrupted us constantly and at the end they were very upset and rude because they didn't get the tip they wanted.
They even went so far as to type up a "dummy" bill and try to overcharge us for things we already paid for. They are terrible, the worst. I still get complaints about how horrible the catering at the wedding was. I used them because they were on the Chicago Park District required list. IF YOU WANT A NICE WEDDING DO NOT USE THEM. They are hands down the worst.
