This was my 1st time there and Mr. Gus and the staff were very nice. I will definitely refer this place to my customers. The whole atmosphere was amazing.

The wedding was spectacular. The service exceeded my expectations. The cocktail hour and dinner were absolutely delicious. Best event in many years. I told family and friends how wonderful it was.

My wedding was beautiful. The room was set up perfectly, the cake was beautiful, and all of the food was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and Gus was always just a phone call away. They helped make my day perfect.

Food, wait staff, apprence, bar tender were all amazing. Made my daughters wedding wonderful. The chef made the food just perfect and the food always hot, fresh and full of flavor. The bar had a big selection and the bar tender was very helpful, knowlegde, funny and respectful. The serving staff were very helpful and respectful. Both the Kennedy and Harrison rooms were beautiful.

Had my wedding here last night. 5 stars is truly not enough. Presidential is AMAZING! Gus, his daughters, and staff are incredible. They literally stay on top of EVERYTHING and make sure every detail is perfect. The food was delicious and everything flowed so smoothly. Even the bar tender was wonderful. And the price is amazing!

Excellent! Gus and family do a phenominal job! Attended my niece's wedding this weekend (10/10/2020) and could have not been more satisfied with the superb service Presidential Caterers provided. The event spaces (ceremony and reception) were appointed beautifully. The service was spot on. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. The food was wonderful as well. We received so many compliments but really, all the kudos goes to Presidential Caterers.

For my daughter's wedding, the room looked spectacular, and the food was amazing. From the appetizers to the soup (Italian wedding was delicious), the salad, the entrees, the dessert table, all were top notch. And the wedding cake was the best we ever had! The bar service was perfect, and the efficiency and courtesy of your staff is exceptional. So many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding reception they have ever attended.

We appreciate your family run business and the level of personal attention you provide. Thank you again for making such a memorable event for our family. Presidential, you are the best!

When people say "nothing is perfect" that couldn't be more of a lie as our wedding was perfect! The perfect distance from our house, the perfect amount of privacy as its tucked away behind trees. The perfect size venue with a beautiful look and even better staff. Gus and Meredith were a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was set up perfect to the amount of guest we had.

It was over 100 degrees outside and they made sure that everyone was comfortable in the building. If I were to ever have a wedding again (Which I hope I don't) it would be here again. Thank you presidential caterers! - Kyle Pettican

Had my wedding reception her June 29th 2019. Everything was run smoothly and perfect. It rained, and they didn't hesitate to last minute use their indoor parlor to let us get pictures done. Guests told me the food was amazing, they kept raving about the salmon. Staff was phenomenal. A great affordable party for us on the best day ever! Thanks Gus and team! Gus is very knowledgeable in the wedding industry and was very helpful and trustworthy.

He worked great with the rental company I hired to do our decor. We rented the Roosevelt room which was so nice and lots of space for our 120 guests or so. Buffet was delicious. Cake was delicious and included in package! We did butter cream with vanilla and cream cheese filling. soooo good. Just be advised that they are a bit strict with certain decor and ideas - they will not put their facility in danger of any damage whatsoever. So nothing can hang from ceiling, no candelabras lit (unless enclosed by glass), no sports-related activities allowed inside.

Presidential Caters, located in Plymouth Meeting Pa, is the venue where Souderton Area High School has their senior proms every year. I've been here once in May 2013 while escorting a friend to her Senior Prom (I unfortunately missed mine). It was a decent experience, it's a nice looking place and the food was alright. I wouldn't mind returning for a future visit to get an updated opinion.

Food isn't good here. Nothing seems to be seasoned. This is my third time here and each event had average food. I would suggest this place because it's nice however i would also suggest you bring your own caterer. Also if your party is too large which two of three events i attended were xl they split the party and some people are in another room.

It wouldn't be so bad but it's always a live dm in one room vs the other which is just playing music. And the music is not cohesive. This place is just ok needs so work

I was here for my works annual Christmas party and the food is always great. They had something for everyone. My favorite was flounder stuffed with crab meat. The staff was really friendly and the rooms itself were great. Very spacious and decorated very nicely. The even have a coat check so you dont have to carry yours around. Also plenty of parking.

Had a great 40th bday party. Working with Gus, Meredith and everyone else was great! Their venue is beautiful and they were super helpful with me and accommodating to the vendors I chose to help with my party. Food was excellent and Jeniffer made the most delicious cake ever! All the guests had wonderful comments about the event. Highly recommend!

The carver is amazing, very nice would defiantly recommend getting ham and roast, awesome service by such a young lady

Recently was there for an event and was very disappointed with the service. Our food was constantly being grabbed for by the young servers who I suppose wanted to get out of there. We paid good money for this event and were never told that we couldn't relax and enjoy our food while we talked. I would not recommend this place for a family event that you would want to cherish and remember.

Everyone felt rushed but we stayed anyway and got the most out of it despite the staff. Food was ok. It had been over 15 years since I had been back here but wow did it ever go downhill from a service standpoint!

Came here for a wedding earlier this month. Very old venue that needs to be updated. Too many weddings occurring at the same night (4 to be exact).just didn't have that intimate feel that wedding should have

A great value, and wonderful from start to finish - consider this place if you want the attention that can best be provided by a family run business. The owner, Gus, along with his family helped coordinate various aspects of our wedding as described below, and were positive, encouraging, and accommodating throughout the process. There is a nearby hotel, Homewood Suites, that provided convenient and spacious accommodation. (1) Food was excellent.

After the wedding, guests raved about the dessert, as well as the generous (and delicious) entree portion sizes. Guests also enjoyed the open bar. (2) Decor was excellent. We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the venue, and our photos look great. The ceremony included enough decorations that we did not need to add any. (3) Service was excellent. Gus and his family made sure everything was in order, and made our job (bride and groom) very easy!

We received prompt follow ups and all of our concerns were addressed. When we had questions, or weren't sure how something worked, it was explained to us - often with an entertaining story - so we could make a well-informed decision.

My alumni fraternity held a formal event on April 11, 2015 at Presidential Caterers and I have to say that the venue exceeded our expectations. The owner, Gus, was great at explaining the options and details of their operation and the very reasonable pricing. They were also incredibly flexible as they allowed us to host an event in the morning while they had a wedding right after.

This might not have worked at other places, but because of their attention to detail, both parties were satisfied. I'll say that we loved the extremely elegant interior and the room that provided a backdrop for the bow tie affair that we threw. The meal was very good as we picked and the guests absolutely loved the fantastic dessert from the chef.

Our program was a bit complicated so the wait staff was very amenable to our requests and stopped service when we needed them too. I give this place my highest rating, and will let people know that we are planning two events beginning at the end of the year and we are already in discussions about using them again.

We recently held Wine, Women and Shoes - with a fashion show, boutique marketplace, wine and food - at the Presidential, for 350 guests. The food was wonderful - fresh and imaginative, attractive and delicious - which is no small feat when serving that many guests. With multiple ballrooms, they have a huge amount of space available, as well as lots of parking and a convenient location.

More important is their attitude and helpfulness - they offered many great suggestions and could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process, including the day of the event. We've heard nothing but compliments on the food and the venue from our guests. I would highly recommend the Presidential to anyone for any special occasion.

Great location. Easy access from all highways. Plenty of parking. Very hospitable and caring hosts and hostesses. The food is impressive and a great variety. Very well done! We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Was there for a wedding and it was a decent experience~ The hall was nice, nothing special, The food was decent, nothing special, the steak could have been better considering the price, The highlight was the dessert table, now that I could do again!

Beautiful wedding. Great food. Wasn't impressed with the alcohol at all. They serve tiny beer bottles and won't serve shots or certain types of liquor, even by request of the groom. I had about a thousand mixed drinks and felt no buzz at all (I usually get tipsy from two beers). It's as if they watered down the liquor. Bartenders also talked about the fact they have certain rules not to get people too drunk over a five hour period.

The problem with that is at a wedding, people don't dance as much without alcohol. The bathrooms were big and spacious. There were plenty of other rooms available but we were the only one booked on a Saturday in June (prime wedding season).

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at Presidential Caterers. From the moment we first walked in to view the space, we were met by the owner. We were given the tour (it's a beautiful place) and we were assured that everything that we wanted could be accomated. My husband and I had vegan and gluten free food requests for the food and for the cake.and every request was met with professional inquiry and excitement to accomdate our needs.

We met many times with the owner and his family (his son is the head chef, one of his daughters--the head baker) to work out various details. We were always treated with courtesy and enthusiams. We'd recommend Presidential Caterers to anyone.
