Palomino Ballroom

My wife and I attended a reception held here yesterday night. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We let them know that there were allergy concerns and they worked with us.

The Palomino truly exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to get married June 20, 2020 but chose to postpone to keep ourselves and our families safe during the pandemic. The process of changing the date was smooth and effortless. We were able to choose a different date, transfer all our original payments, and keep our vendors. We were kept in the loop for any and all government mandated restrictions leading up to our new date.

We decided to wait almost a year to have our wedding and we are so glad we did. Most of the restrictions were lifted and we were able to have a "normal" wedding during a not so normal time. Jaelah truly went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. I was so glad she was able to be there on the actual wedding day to make us feel comfortable and make sure the day went as planned.

The food was wonderful and we received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Jaelah always answered any question I had and responded promptly. I truly could go on and on about how great the Palomino was. You can't beat the price and everything was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful experience! Everybody had a great time and the food was so good! Jaelah is seriously the best wedding coordinator, she's so sweet and understanding!

I've attended several events here and was very impressed. Great food, massive ballroom, huge dance floor, best bar I've seen after looking at several venues. Very welcoming & pleasant to deal with. Prompt detailed quotes. Will definitely keep in mind for future events.

Very disappointed. Daughter had to cancel their wedding reception due to the major restrictions the facility enforced. Ridiculous to make people remain seated in assigned seats and not be able to get up unless to go to the bathroom. Also, no conversation other than those that happen to be at the same table. No dancing at all (no first dance for couple or father/daughter dance).

Since my daughter and her new husband will be traveling with the military, they could not postpone the reception to a later date, especially because it had to be the same exact day of the week as the original date. Palomino refused to refund their deposit even though the event was cancelled two months prior to the anticipated date. We found another location and had a wonderful time allowing us to carefully practice good social distancing without such rigid restrictions. Will never recommend

We really enjoyed working with the Palomino. Deanna & Jaelah were awesome! They made you feel calm and relaxed and comfortable about all of the details of your reception! They wrote out a very detailed day-of timeline that helped reassure me of what exactly was going to be happening. We met both in person and over the phone. The bride and groom get to attend a tasting event for free so you can try out multiple different foods that they cater.

There are so many options for decorating, table decor, lighting, colors, and more - you can make the venue look like however you want! We received multiple compliments about the reception venue. We loved the bar area as well as the outdoor patio - it was so nice for guests to be able to go outside for some fresh air! Overall, we were just so thankful for how flexible the Palomino was and how adaptable they were to our requests! Would definitely recommend them!

Food was good, but food took a long time. Not sure if this is because of the event we had, the choices of food, or what. Their waiters and waitresses were friendly and stayed busy. The venue was very nice, overall it was a great experience, we had a wonderful time. I would have stayed for the whole event (left "early") if we had not waited two hours to eat.

The Palomino was everything I wanted and more. Deanna was our wedding coordinator through the venue and she was amazing. She helped make the day a zero stress day beyond the day of jitters! They make sure the day is everything you want and more. Food was delicious, decor was great, and everything ran so smoothly. I don't have one bad thing to say. They offer a variety of packages and are very affordable. I recommend them with 100% confidence.

My Daughter was married this summer and her reception was held at the Palomino Ballroom. As the Mother of the Bride I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel towards Debbie and her whole staff! They were so easy to work with and extremely professional. Her professional guidance was so appreciated. They were so detailed, organized and gave me the peace I needed for such a special day!

My guest complimented all evening on the handling of the meals for the children, the delicious food and the very friendly wait staff! It was a magical evening and we owe a very special "Thanks" to the beautiful Palomino Ballroom and the entire staff!
