Fresh seafood, it is the best seafood in Barnstable Village. The calamari and fried shrimp were amazing. Highly recommend

My wife and I ordered a seafood combo "for two". The food was very tasty and prepared correctly, (except for my undercooked fries *requested well done). In general, portions at ALL restaurants are smaller than we're accustomed to. OVERALL: I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Was going to Mattakeese wharf for lunch but found it close I saw Oysterville Too right next door and decided to give it a try. First. I must say that the young lady at the window was extremely welcoming and pleasant. I ordered the hand cut onion rings which were excellent. I also ordered a fried scallop roll which if I were a food critic I would say was the worst scallop role on Cape Cod.

It was about seven calico ( not native to New England) scallops which are always frozen. They were soggy and the breading didn't stay on a one. They were as rubbery as any I've ever had. I don't mine spending for good food, but I do expect local fresh seafood on Cape cod. Won't be going back! And wouldn't recommend it to others when there are so many other great places in the area.

We read the reviews before going and knew the lobster roll was expensive ($34) which, we're prepared to pay if it's good (even though this is literally a shack). LThe reviews said they were but honestly, they're not. The roll wasn't even nice, how do you get that wrong? Also, they don't have horse radish for the oysters. They get two stars based on location (outdoor seating in quiet boating/beach area).

Though it pains me to treat them with two, as I feel a lot of prime location restaurants think they don't have to try because they can make bank on passing trade. Could have gone for a nice filet mignon for the same price. Ugh. Better still, go visit the fabulous Mattakeese next door for a great lobster roll or anything on their menu is always good, water front view and great service.

Great seafood. I especially enjoy the haddock and salmon, but it's all good. Very professional and friendly staff.

On mother's day my dad got my mom a lobster from here and he asked if he could pick it up around 5:00 and they said that was find. And I called here around 4:00 to place an order for a fish taco and asked if it would be ready around 5:00 and they said it should be so I went with my dad and they didn't see I placed an order and I told them I did. They made me one still which was nice but when I got home my taco was all in the bag because it wasn't wrapped up well I'm not sure if I will come here again. The person also asked if I called the right number and I told her yes and she said could have it been and online order and I said no

Stopped for lunch today and ordered a lobster roll and clam chowder soup. Food was great and came out quickly! They have a nice outdoor seating area and designated parking in the back.

Fabulous and delicious dinners cooked to your order, fresh fish to take home, a variety of frozen food ( crab and lobster cakes), delicious chowder. A great supper. Did I say delicious?

I bought 3lbs of mussels here and 2 of the 3 lbs were dead. The girl brought the bags out from the back so I couldn't see them before she sold them to me and didn't notice until I got them home to prepare them. A seafood market should know better than to sell dead shellfish. Someone who wasn't familiar with mussels could have gotten quite sick if they tried to prepare them. Additionally, at $4/lb - these were pricey to begin with! Very disappointed and frustrated.

So i decided to give you another chance. I didnt contact you a year ago when there was a mishap and u offered a gift card. Today i had a dinner with my parents. We decided to get fish and chips. I did my order online and called theres in as my dad drove. There order had fish and chips. But mine didn't have not a single fry. Zero chips. Is it because i ordered online or because i tipped? Just curious why no fry's.

Not only is the good amazing but the service was prefect! My husband witnessed some very rude customer give the lady taking orders such a hard time and being so rude. She was so professional and kind and didn't even let them fluster her at all. Now everything I want fried seafood we go there! So good!

I wanted to update the Yelp Community with an updated review. I had a great conversation with the business manager of Osterville Fish, Too. Sam was kind, empathetic, and understanding of my experience/situation with the establishment. He is the epitome of what top notch customer service is. This has restored some of my faith and I will dine here again the next time I'm in the Cape.

Did take-out last night. Awful. $130 before tip for 4 people. Young woman behind the counter was nice enough, but my phone order was botched, which meant a second trip to pick up the overpriced (lousy) steamers ($25) for which I had been charged but hadn't been put in my bag -- or even prepared! I managed narrowly to avoid the "MP" fried clams -- $45 a plate!

As I waited, I saw one of the larger lobsters in the tank use its unbanded crusher claw to rip the arm off another. I alerted the staff who hadn't noted the severed limbs on the floor of the tank. Stuff happens, but this place is overpriced and sub-standard compared to others nearby and in Hyannis which have better food and service and much less of a wait! Avoid.

Grabbed chowder for family for a quick lunch. Great chowder and a reasonable price. Also grabbed a crab cake and they were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Nice outdoor dining. Plenty of parking. 2 minute walk from Millway beach.

Most of my experiences here have been great until yesterday. In fact the broiled haddock and salmon burger was great yesterday. However, the family platter of fish and chips was way over cooked. Also, the seafood platter was only average. I'm guessing it was just a bad batch but hope next time will be better.

This is for sure fast-service And I love it! They have limited seating outside and a long line to order food but it moves SO fast and there is a long line for a reason and it is because the food it amazing! Lobster Roll was majorly filled and absolute perfection!

Spent a week on the cape just down the road last week and ate here multiple times. I enjoy the large shaded deck, and it's a very simple walk up window to order. Most of the staff appears to be teenagers or early 20s but all were very pleasant and knowledgeable in the menu. The menu covers all your seafood basics and we tried a lot of it! Top highlights include the lobster bisque which was my favorite thing to order, the blue crab roll (so much crab!) and actually their french fries are some of the best I've had.ever.

The clam chowder was delicious and so was the quahog. While smaller than other quahogs I ate that week, it had the best flavor. The clam strips were very good but overpriced in my opinion, and the shrimp platter was also very good! I was highly disappointed in the onion rings. We had an order to go which included multiple orders of onion rings. The portion was huge but the coating very thin and greasy and falling off.

Add that to the fact they packed a paper bag full of onion rings and fries which created steam, and we just had a big pile of onions and a pig pile of ripped and fallen off greasy coating. We tossed them. Better batter and packaging could go a long way- we waited on the spot for the order and took them home to eat right away so it can't be blamed on sitting around.

I also found the lobster roll disappointing- the portion of lobster was light for the price when compared against other restaurants and lacking those big chunks of claw meat. I also wasn't a huge fan of the coleslaw but that's a very personal thing- it ran dry and the portion was a tiny ramekin. Overall though, the food was fresh and the setting and ambience lovely. Run there for that bisque!

Have been there several times and was always pleased. However, recently I must have hit it on a bad day as the food was disappointing especially for the price. $46.00 for an overcooked, greasy and fried, small oysters plate, a very small cup of clam chowder and a over rated order of onion rings (or onion scramble)! No drinks. Will definitely give it another try but think other venues offer better options and prices.

Best experience of the entire MA trip. Super basic order at the register and sit outside but everything is made to order n sooo fresh. Steamed lobster with coleslaw. Fish n chips, this is seafood as it as meant to be had. Fresh, delicious, no frills just taste. Must must must if u r in cape cod!

I hate to give a poor review to a local business, but based on my experience they're catering to tourists and not repeat business. I've been here countless times over many many years, the food has always been delicious. Today my grilled swordfish sandwich was so extremely disappointing I will not be returning. For $16 it came on a large bun with tomato slices and lettuce leaf, with a large coleslaw (or fries).

The fish was not the juicy steak I'd been expecting, but an extremely thin piece of fish. I was so shocked I did check with the counter that this was a usual portion, and was told that it was. My friends fish sandwich was similarly thin. Such a shame, they've made the place so nice with lots of shaded tables, but we won't be returning.

Love this spot. Fresh ingredients, delicious food, nice atmosphere. A typical fish shack with atypical, higher quality food and dessert. It's our favorite "go to" spot in the summers.

Loved the food here. Everything tasted fresh and I liked how the lobster roll wasn't drenched in dressing. Would also recommend their oysters, steamers and crab salad. Lots of seating under a giant tent was also a plus.

Stopped over here after going whale watching. Since we had a big group, the outdoor picnic tables were convenient. There is no indoor seating. Ordered the lobster roll (monster roll was $42), crab cakes, fish & chips and clam chowder. Thought the food was average, have had better, and the only plus is that it's priced slightly less than Hyannis. If you are just coming to eat here, they do have a small parking lot. Since I was coming for the whale watching, I had to pay the $15.

We got married during COVID season and decided to grab ready-to-go food here as our celebratory dinner. Although they forgot the oysters and clam chowder when we first picked it up, we called and decided to go back and pick them up. They corrected the error and went above and beyond to make us happy. We were very happy with the quality of the food. It was delicious and we would highly recommend trying them out. Definitely worth it.

Stopped at this place after finishing a whale watch tour. After 4 hours of looking at marine life, I was starving. Still on the search for a good lobster roll, this place seemed like a good candidate. Very casual ordering and seating arrangement. You go up to the window, order and they bring your food. I cant remember the name of the meal I had but it was a Lobster roll, fries and lobster bisque.

Massive amount of food, for a very good price. It was a market price of under 30 bucks which is pretty good. The L-roll was over flowing with fresh, succulent lobster! The bisque was a bit salty, but still tasty. The fries were meh. just fries. I am a Marylander--so I was dismayed to learn they don't have Old Bay here, the fries could have used some help.

I really enjoyed my meal, I was supremely stuffed and satisfied! Our food did take a very long time to come out. arriving after others who came behind us. The meal was so good, I almost forgot about that part. No other issues!

Solid four stars for a typical New England seafood shack conveniently located next to a small marina. It's a bit confusing because after you park there's a sign that says "clam shack" (outdoors, yet tented) and "fish house" which is presumably indoors but I'm not sure because I went left and not right. You have six large picnic tables, under a sturdy tent top, and a walk-up ordering window and a pretty complete menu. I had the clam chowder (very good imho) and a lobster (salad) roll that was dynamite.
