Olympia Catering serviced our wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts on 4/22/22. Darren and his team are incredibly professional and accommodating. Our guests RAVED about the food and the event staff were professional and attentive. As a couple who was affected by the pandemic, we are so appreciative of Olympia's kindness and flexibility during our longer-than-expected wedding planning process.

Darren and the Olympia Catering team are the best! They catered our wedding and not only is the food still being talked about by all of our guests, the service was amazing as well! The captain made sure to check in with me several times throughout the night to make sure I had everything I needed. If you are looking for catering service, look no further! The food is INCREDIBLE!

We cannot thank you enough for the whole team pitching in to help with setting up all our personal items including the chargers, cheesecloths, and place cards. All the staff were so genuine and nice, excellent service! We asked for white wine when we were coming in for the reception and we were told they ran out during cocktail hour and went to go get more. We were told throughout the night by guests that white claws ran out a few times. But they did replenish for later on in the night. Olympia's food is not salty like other caterers we tried.

The food feels upscale and is nicely presented. We did plated for our wedding. Olympia has all different options for linen colors and table settings. Sherri was a big help with ideas and color combinations.

Olympia Catering was great to work with for my daughter's wedding this month. They have a wide selection of appetizers and entrees at various price points. The food was excellent. Darren and his team were friendly and responsive during planning and at the event. Darren accommodated a last-minute change in chairs that made my daughter very happy. We were able to collaborate remotely for planning during the pandemic, since we do not live in Tampa/St. Pete. Thank you for contributing to our memorable event! It is no wonder why they are the exclusive caterer for the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Pete.

I've worked with Darren and Olympia Catering for probably 10 years, and they have always over-delivered. Most recently, they assisted me with an important memorial reception, and the guests were blown away with the level of service, quality of the food and the presentation. I would recommend them to everyone!

Olympia was the designated caterer for our venue in St. Petersburg, so while at first we were somewhat dismayed we weren't going to be able to select our own, that sentiment quickly disappeared and turned into a pleasant surprise. Darren and his amazing team prepared delicious food for our taste testing, and served as constant aids in our wedding planning journey in the months to follow.

And on the big day, Olympia delivered a full suite of delicious appetizers, entrees, and deserts for our 150 wedding guests. The appetizers were amazing and came out hot from the onsite kitchen straight to our delighted guests. We opted for the chicken entree which was truly legendary (we are told it has been a signature Olympia dish for 20+ years!) We in fact received multiple compliments the night of and the weeks following our events from friends and family about the tasty entree! Pricing was straightforward and surprisingly affordable; they also helped us work through a few Covid quirks during the height of Omicron. Additionally, the Banquet Captain was delightful to work with on the night of our wedding. Darren also went above and beyond in helping us pick out proper tablecloths to match the venue space and our gold decor which definitely created a special extra pop when guests entered the room. Thank you to all at Olympia for a job well done, you were truly a dream team!

Olympia catered our wedding on October 9, 2021, we had four passed appetizers, a salad, and a plated dual protein meal. To start, Darren was amazing to work with, and we worked with him for over two years since we had to postpone due to COVID. Very responsive and helpful in making sure our dinner ran smoothly so we could get to dancing as soon as possible.

When I say the food was phenomenal, I am not over exaggerating. I still have guests commenting on how delicious it was, some saying it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. We had some no shows and some guests ate two plates! Their staff was attentive, organized, and very hard working. They also handled all of my rentals and the venue looked amazing and just how I had envisioned it. Their menu is extensive and has something for everyone, in every occasion, not just weddings. Cannot recommend them enough!

Olympia Catering did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding day! From our first inquiry, we were connected with Sherry. She was very responsive during the times that mattered and was very thorough and detailed in the emails and the quote. Our tasting went great - they prepare a nice, reception-table-like environment for you, with some of the chargers, plates, etc. on display while you try your food.

They're generous with how much food you get to sample and they were very quick to get the appetizers and entrees out onto our table. The food was DELICIOUS. My husband and I work in the wedding industry and were already weary about having chicken for our wedding - a lot of chicken at weddings is dry and rough. But we were blown away by Olympia's Signature Chicken Roulade.

It was BY FAR the best chicken I'd ever tasted, not just at a wedding, but period. We tried their Filet with Pomegranate Reduction as well and it was cooked to absolute perfection. We decided to splurge and do their dual-entree plate so that we can give all of our guests both. For appetizers during cocktail hour, we did chicken and waffle cones, braised beef quesadilla, lobster BLT, and orange-glaze jumbo shrimp.

The entire night we received so much praise from our guests how amazing all of the food was. It was really important to us that our food wasn't sub-par, but we're elated at how much over expectations everything was. The staff on the wedding day were also great and I'm so very thankful at how much effort they put in in setting up the tables, even the dessert table full of desserts that I didn't even get from them.

They just catered my wedding this last weekend and did a phenomenal job! The food was outstanding! My guest kept complimenting it. One guest said "All I had to do was look at my chicken and it fell apart, it was that tender." Being the bride I was a little disappointed that my plate had been cleared away before I could get more than three bites (There was hardly time to eat with all loved ones coming up and congratulating me) but they were on it and I had the wonderful surprise of my dinner being packaged up for me and waiting for me at the end of the night!

The staff was incredibly pleasant and several guest complicated their service and friendliness. Donna was my point of contact and was incredible from start to finish. She was enthusiastic about my day as if we were good friends and it was the only one on her plate (even though I'm sure she had a number of events she was juggling). She did a great job of guiding me through linens, meal options, even seating.

She coordinated the staff day off and was simply phenomenal. Being a laid back kind of girl it was reassuring having someone so on point. I was literally giving them references at the wedding to other engaged couples. They were simply amazing! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Never had anything bad form these great folks.! Wonderful "old" style place with aot of memeories for me.

Good cake. Unfortunately they don't deliver cakes for Sunday wedding receptions unless you use their catering. We already chose our catere so we had to forgoe them for cake. So sad - their cake was good, and they actually did a good job with their amaretto cake.
