Exceptional service and the food is great every time! If you go in, the workers are always really nice and when i ordered delivery they even arrived early! Love it

Not honoring the 99 Cent Kids Special - Overcharged - We will not be back. My wife and I took our (4) grandchildren here on 5/25/22 at app. 1:30 PM. Our daughter told us that kids meals are 99 cents with adult meals. The sign in their lobby advertised the same special (see below). Adults in our group ordered a salad and a Choose 2, plus (4) kids meals.

Staff gave me a total of $54.35. I said there must be some mistake. She said, "No, we stopped the 99 cent kids special earlier this year". I was in shock and paid up. A few days later, I called and asked for a manager. I think her name was Alisa. I explained that this was an advertised special per a large sign in her lobby. She said she understood, but I would need to speak with the General Manager. She took my name and number. As of today, 6/1/22 he has not called!

I stop in here about every week for lunch and the staff is always so quick to get the food out. The sandwiches are always delicious and their sweet tea is superior to everyone else's in taste and in size.

Saw the great reviews so I tried a Reuben sandwich with the tomato and cucumber salad and a pickle spear. The corned beef serving was reasonable. I had ordered extra Swiss cheese, and it looked like there there was only 1/32 inch of cheese on the sandwich. There was about 3/8 inch of sour kraut on the sandwich, which is ridiculous. The cucumber tomato salad was 80% large half rings of red onion.

It really should be called onion salad. My pickle spear was old, to the point where the seed part was dried and completely shriveled up.borderline a food safety issue. The very courteous and nice front counter lady asked me if evething was fantastic. I said I was disappointed and she grapped the "Manager". He said "Well, you ate it all". I said, I am not asking for anything from your corporation.

I just won't be back, and he said: "We don't get any complaints about our reuben." Then, he just walked away. The nice lady who took my order brought me a cookie, which was good. I guess the McAllisters Manager figures he has enough college customers that he doesn't need my Boomer business, or my friends, or company's.

Waited at the counter for about 10 Minutes no service as kitchen staff ignored us. So we left as did other customers in line behind us.

Tasty! Yum nice place to eat a quick lunch Sandwiches come with a side. Mac and cheese is delicious.

Wow, I love this place. Tough to be there sweet iced tea. Their sandwiches are made with quality ingredients and they're big enough to feed a horse.

First time going. I'll definitely be back! The sandwich was absolutely delightful! Can't wait to try more!

Great customer service from Jonso (and another girl I didn't catch her name!) Thank you. It was my first time in and he explained several items/offered recommendations. Salad was delicious too!

McAlister's, How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Great service, great food, great space. and vegetarian chili?! Waaa?! This is one of the best sandwich shops I have ever tried. The selection of sandwiches come loaded with the freshest foods and breads. You will not go hungry here! Besides the sandwiches they have salads, soups, deserts and "spuds!" Yep, you read that. Loaded potatoes of every kind.

They also offer a deal called a "choose 2". Exactly how it sounds. Half of anything they have on the menu and add another option to that. It is a great deal. If you want a hearty sandwhich. or salad.or soup or spud. or a great desert. go to McAlisters!

McAlister's is off the chain, straight up unleashed yummy goodness that makes me want to slap my momma and ask her why she can't assemble a sandwich this good! I don't know why there aren't more of them in this town but there should be. It's right up there with Jason's Deli or Chompies, but without the excessive pricing you get at some of these other places where putting the word 'authentic' in front of something is just an excuse for a solid price hike.

We got lunch delivered from McAlister's and the food was really good. I like their "choose 2" option where you can order a combo of 2 of either a half sandwich, salad, spud, or soup. I got the broccoli cheddar soup (great flavor but a LOT of cheese on top. Wish it had more broccoli) and the spud max. I got my spud max without onions or sour cream and it was delicious.

And for a "half" spud it was huge. The only thing I would not recommend is getting your food delivered. They charge you a $3.99 delivery fee but they hide another $4 in fees in the "taxes and fees" line too so you end up paying $8 plus tip to get your food delivered. If you're able to pick up your order I highly recommend getting food here but don't get it delivered. They did outsource our delivery to Door Dash on our order, which is fine but I don't like the shady hiding of the additional $4 fee on top of the $3.99 delivery fee.

First time coming here. We only came to get a chicken noodle soup for our picky little daughter but they didn't have that specific soup on the menu so instead we got her a kids meal, which ended up being a terrific bargain. We got a french bread pizza, cheetos, a cookie, chocolate milk, stickers and a coloring book, all for under $5. We'll have to try something ourselves next time so we can update this review with a better perspective but a 3 year old gives them 5 stars if they counts for anything.

The place was clean and they were enforcing social distancing with their tables and the worker was really friendly. Great vibe at the restaurant, made me feel very welcomed. We will be coming back soon.

So we picked up lunch today from here; called ahead and then drove to pick it up. When we got there; there was literally not a soul in the place except for the two employees. We paid grabbed out stuff and left. Upon returning home we found a few things wrong with our order. We called the restaurant to let them know and the employee who answered was super nice and said let me get a manager for you.

Let me preface this by saying my boyfriend and I both work in the hospitality industry including restaurants for 20+ years combined. We know how to handle these calls. And my boyfriend was the one talking and he is very friendly. (Definitely friendlier than me who was hangry at this point lol) The manager answered the phone like this; "Hello, you were the one with the problem?" Uhhhh. not off to a great start.

So my BF told him the issues and the manager (didn't tell us his name) cut him off and says how did you order. He tells him called. Then he (manager) proceeds to have a conversation with employee who took our order without putting us on hold or anything. Finally finds our order and says, "so what's the problem?" So my BF tells him again what went wrong and the manager goes "ok I'll take that stuff off and I guess I'm going to go yell at my employees now" Whoa, so inappropriate, so unprofessional, and oh so miserable. Dude is clearly not happy with his job and honestly that's not what we wanted. That's not what anybody wants when they call to complain about their order being wrong.

I honestly wouldn't have even written this review if it wasn't for the manager with the crappy attitude. And to the employees: if you're reading this I am sorry if you got yelled at. That wasn't our intention.

Food is great. The baked potato's are huge as well As the portions! Staff is really nice and though they can be a little slow you can tell they are working hard behind the counter. Tried several including jalapeno crunch and southwestern chicken are just some of my favorites. Don't forget the tea to go!

Had my wisdom teeth removed and needed some soup so bad. lord knows how hard it is to find soup in Arizona. I've had McAlisters potatoes before but their country potato soup was the first thing I could eat in days, and I ate the whole bowl! Sooooo good, almost like Au Gratin potatoes, really brought me back to life. Ordered again today lol. Thanks guys

Had a meeting at McAlisters Deli. Only ordered a coffee but I have to admit it was not that good. It was in a strip foam cup (not even a mug). It was very diner-like. The atmosphere is Not very cozy. Very chain-like. Will have to come back and try the food, but I can't say it's good place to have a meeting.

I've driven by McAlister's Deli so much that I just had to add it to my list of places to try. This location was very clean, bright, and inviting. I checked out the menu before arriving and settled on the King Club sandwich. Very tasty! I also got to try the chicken cordon bleu and it was also really good! The wait for our food was only a few minutes and everything tasted fresh!

The staff seemed a bit uninterested or not present when taking our order, assuming it had been a long day, but that was the only downfall. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to trying other menu items.

Got the choose two with the Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar with the Autumn Squash Soup. I've never had Autumn Squash soup before so I decided to get it because the picture gave me a warm and fuzzy feel. To me Autumn Squash tasted more like a dessert which isn't bad and I'm glad I tried it but I most likely won't opt for it again.

Just personal preference. I also prefer my Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar with light horseradish sauce otherwise it drowns the sandwich. I love when places interact with yelp! Got a free warm heath cookie added to my meal!
