With over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry, Josh Pressly is an integral part in what makes the Houston locations work. He firmly believes in a hands on approach to a collaborative team effort, you will regularly find him in the dining room visiting with guests, delivering food and cleaning tables or huddled in the kitchen helping prepare fresh food for guests.
Josh grew up in the Houston area and credits many childhood experiences to where he is now. He has fond memories of helping make homemade yeast rolls with his grandmother and picking fresh veggies in his grandpa's garden as a child.
