She had been in the food service industry since the age of 16, and knew she wanted to run her own business.

At Lisa's, we know that healthy eating and balanced diet are important building blocks for growing children. To that end, we ensure we create nutritious, hot meals for day care centers, in-home child care providers, and schools across the Twin Cities metro area. All of our meals consist of a healthy balance that includes a protein, vegetable, fruit and bread.

I've been in contact with Lisa's for over three months trying to get a tasting scheduled for our upcoming wedding. They have been extremely rude and very short in their emails. We had a tasting scheduled for tomorrow (3 months after trying to get in) and I just got an email stating "We got a large corporate order that came in today for Wednesday and cannot accommodate a tasting at the same time.
Sorry for the inconvenience." Literally that was it. Just canceled our tasting we've been waiting to do for months, with no care to get us rescheduled. Sorry we aren't a large corporate order. I guess our 200-250 person wedding isn't a big enough order for them definitely unprofessional.

Lisa's catered at our wedding. The guests were very satisfied with the service and all of them commented on high quality of food. Some guests even said that the steak was one of the best they have ever eaten. Waiters and servers were very responsive and went above and beyond to help the event go well. Overall - exceptional. We would strongly recommend Lisa's to anyone looking for a wedding caterer.

Jamie was such a pleasure to work with! Their staff is so professional and quick bringing out the food. Plus the food was amazing! People raved about the salad and the Swedish meatballs. I can't say enough good things about Lisa's catering- there is a reason we went with them for our wedding and my sisters! If you want stress free and professional service and Great food Lisa's catering is the place!

I have used Lisa's catering twice for small corporate lunches. Both times have been excellent. The quality of food is so much better than ordering pizzas or subs and the price is often times less than pizzas or fast food boxed lunches. Very impressed, excellent customer service and personal attention. They don't forget a thing. I will be using them for all catering needs going forward.

Choosing Lisa's catering was one if the best decisions I made for my wedding! We started off working with Jamie who was so kind and helpful through the entire process. She answered our Many many questions and really worked with us to help us find what we really wanted as far as meal choices and linen details went. All of our guests raved about the wild rice stuffed chicken.
I would highly recommend it. The plated meals were served promptly which was impressive compared to previous weddings we have been to. In initially meetings with Jamie we discussed switching out the punch for lemonade. I didn't realize that it was not on the agreement which was no fault of hers just a tiny detail that got missed by us. We had a lemonade stand set up for the lemonade and everything.
When we realized the mix up and brought it up to the caterers they wanted to help us out so badly. We were blown away when they ran out to purchase some. I would highly recommend Lisa's. They are wonderful! It is an easy choice to go with Lisa's. You will not regret it.
