We're proud to offer one of New Mexico's largest selections of farm-fresh meat that not only tastes great but meets the highest quality standards. We are proud of the close, personal relationships we have with the family-run ranches that provide Keller's beef. We know exactly where our beef comes from (straight from the ranch to the store!) so we can be sure we are providing our customers with the highest quality, most delicious meat around. As a bonus, our butchers cut each side of beef right in the store - the way it's been done since 1946!
For over 75 years, we have gone above and beyond industry standards to provide the highest quality ground meats. Keller's natural meats are fresh from the farm, humanely raised without additives, and processed in a clean facility that meets all USDA standards. We start from the finest cuts and grind our meat fresh right in the store, all day every day!
We've been smoking and roasting our meats in-house since 1946. Our specialty meats never contain artificial coloring or flavoring, so they always retain a natural, roasted meat color and a delicious, lightly smoked flavor. Our smoked hams are marinated in brown sugar and salt, then smoked slowly over a hickory fire.

I typically love the meat I purchase from Keller's, purchased Brats and Polish Kielbasa, not enough fat, came off the grill looking not quite cooked and dry as heck, I like my sausages a little blackened, they didn't even drip or squirt any fat. Not a fan, will not buy their sausages again, very disappointed.

First time customer and all I can say is Wow. Beef, pork, seafood, game meats, deli meats. Steaks, sausages, perfectly cut pork for chicharronnes. I didn't even shop the center aisles I just cruised the perimeter and once I spotted the herring in cream sauce at the fish counter I knew I'd died and gone to butcher shop heaven. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Worth the trip, you won't be disappointed.

Not only will the staff refuse to tell you where exactly the "local farm" is or what the name of it is (in regards to exactly where they get their meat selection) they don't even pay their hard working employees a livable wage. Such a rip off. You cant claim "local organic meat" if you can't back it up with actual facts. Will be calling around to see how to report their false advertising.

As always! The selection was awesome! It is however, very sad, that we are smack dab in the middle of a pandemic and that people still go into stores without masks! Nauseating! Marks are not comfortable but as respect for myself, my family and those around me! I wear one inside while shopping. I only wish everyone had the same respect and care for those around them.

I LOVE Keller's Farm Store. I have been coming here for years to buy meat. They have terrific meat that tastes great. I however hardly ever take advantage of the other items in the store. Last night I did and I like that their selection is unique. The Staff is always eager and hard-working. I highly recommend.
