Chef Andy rocks! We needed 60 last-minute, vegan boxed lunches for an event, and Andy pulled it off in just a few weeks. Lunches were delivered on time with a smile, the sandwiches and pasta salad were delicious, plus he included chips and fruit in the lunches for an incredibly reasonable cost. He was very easy to work with leading up to the event; communicative, straightforward, and honest.

Chef Andy catered our mom's birthday party. The food, professionalism, quality, and ambience were top notch. It all started with the appetizers. The olive tapenade was a huge success as well as the caprese salad, and bruschetta. Followed by the dinner of salmon in a caper sauce, meat so tender and cut to order for each guest. I would highly recommend Andy for your special events.

Karsh's Catering catered my daughter's wedding this past Saturday. Not only did they cook and serve an exceptional meal, they also provided tables, linens, china, etc. Andy also brought his team in early to set up, so we could decorate the venue before heading to the church. And his team stayed late to help with clean up. In addition to our excellent meal, the service was very good, and the prices were within our budget.
I will definitely contact him again for future events. And strongly recommend him to friends and colleagues! Thank you for helping to make my daughter's such a huge success!

Using Karsh's Catering for our memorial celebration was the perfect way to feed and please a hungry crowd. Everything was delicious and the presentation was a work of art. Working with Andy couldn't have been any easier. He was helpful, professional and very sensitive during a emotional time. Erin, his staff member was very friendly, fast and professional. I would recommend Karsh's Catering to anyone who loves food, is hungry (generous portions) and enjoys friendly, professional, punctual, trustworthy people.

I recently worked Andy to provide appetizers and refreshments for a reception after my husband's memorial service. My grief from losing him was overwhelming and I could barely think straight. I had one conversation with Andy and knew that he would take care of everything for me. He walked me through selecting the menu and made thoughtful suggestions.
When I asked if he could provide a sangria punch bowl along with other refreshments he was all in -- The food set up was perfect and he and his staff took care with each of our guests. After a beautiful memorial service, Andy provided a reception that was enjoyed by all. He not only did what I asked for, he went above and beyond. I recommend him for any occasion. Linda F.
