My husband and I were so lucky to have found Jays through the wedding venue we found. It was amazing that a catering company owned the venue, thus making the process so linear and easy by including food, bar, linens, etc in the package. It was a 1 stop shop and quality of everything exceeds expectations. Lauren was my direct contact and she helped me throughout the planning process (I had TONS of questions).

We also booked a private tasting to finalize our menu and the food was delicious. Lauren was also able to help us maneuver around and offer us other hors d'oeuvres when we wanted to swap and add things. And most importantly, the day of! Our guests raved about the food and there was absolutely so shortage for anyone. The quality and taste of the food was awesome. Will def be using them again in the future if we ever host a big party! Thank you, Jays!

I just celebrated my daughter's wedding at the Grand Gimeno in Orange. Jay's catered the event and it was perfect. Lauren MacLeod was my sales coordinator and she was spectacular. Highly recommend. My guests raved about the food, the service, and the venue. There was so much attention to detail and lots of staff members to help throughout the day. We retained Jay's as our wedding caterer and rental company (glass, plates, tables, etc) at a non-Jay's venue. We were nervous initially since our venue was not one of their own, but everything turned out better than we expected for our wedding day and the planning process! From the tasting events (we went to a group tasting and then scheduled a private tasting to finalize our menu several months before our wedding) to design appointment. and from the walkthrough visit to the day-of, we had a lot of confidence and felt well taken care of.

We cannot say enough great things about our coordinator Brittany who was always responsive and detail oriented. She was also incredibly patient, as like many other couples, we had lots back and forth conversation and last minute changes prior to our wedding day LOL. The event catering and rental staff were great and even packed us food to go as our midnight snacks on our wedding day.

Most importantly, even some of our most particular relatives loved the food. Just all around really grateful for Jay's. They are professional and go above and beyond. We have since gotten catering food from them as well. Highly recommend!

Went to a wedding last night and the food was just okay. The food was tasty but the plating left a lot to be desired. Overrated at best

Jay's Catering and Hangar 21, you truly are special. What an incredible team. My husband and I just had both our ceremony and reception at Hangar 21. And our wedding was catered by Jay's Catering. There are so many reasons we chose Hangar and Jay's Catering for our special day but some of the key reasons are: the open venue that allows you to take your vision in to life, the amazing food (there is also a tasting you get invited to), the infamous helicopter entrance, and the associates who go above and beyond to help with planning.

Over the past two years with our wedding being postponed, my husband and I encountered different associates who helped with our planning but in the end the one person who meant the most to us was SIERRA SPRAGUE. When I tell you Sierra went above and beyond for Francis and I. she really did and more. Every single email and every single phone call she was always available.

She made planning easier and always always put us first. It's not easy to plan a wedding and we were so lucky to do all of this with Sierra right by our side. We will hold you in our hearts forever Sierra, thank you. Additionally, a huge thank you to Nolan and Bella during the helicopter ride! They were so amazing as well! I wish I was able to get the names of every single individual who worked the night of our wedding (June 4) because how lucky were we to be blessed with such an awesome team. Hangar 21, Jay's Catering, Sierra, Nolan, Bella, and the wedding team from the night. THANK YOU! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We wish we could relive that night all over again, but it was so magical and perfect because of every single person from Hangar 21.

Used them for a corporate event. Food was mediocre; dessert came as a whole piece in an aluminum tray (menu showed cake), we had to ask them to cut it, making it look cheap and messy. They left the place a mess; food was all over the carpet. They didn't follow up for feedback. Never again. If they were not an approved vendor, I would not have even bothered; over priced for below average catering.

Amazing work by Sierra! She was easy to communicate with especially with our crazy big Indian family wanting to be involved. Food was so delicious, best wedding food I've ever had. The tasting events and private tastings are worth it to choose your items. Highly recommend Jays and Sierra! Can we do our wedding all over again!?

My (now) husband and I worked with Brianna to have Jay's cater our intimate wedding. From the moment we reached out to them, she was wonderfully communicative and open about their pricing, options, and any other details we requested. We chose their Latin-inspired cuisine, and we were ill prepared for the explosions of flavor they brought to our venue.

Every aspect of the food was absolutely delicious. During dinner, our guests peered over at us from their tables with that "do you even know what's happening in my mouth" look. And yes, we did, in fact, know what was happening. Plus! Jay's provides all of the necessary tableware with their all-inclusive packages, making the set-up/clean-up process exceptionally simple.

If we could have Jay's cater our daily lives, we absolutely would. We recommend Jay's to anyone looking for the most mouth-watering cuisine available for their event. Seriously.

Absolutely loved working with Jay's Catering! We had our wedding at the Grand Gimeno in Orange, CA and everything exceeded our expectations! We booked the venue when it was still under construction and the property turned our even better than Jay's promised. Our Event Specialist, Sierra Sprague, made our experience seamless. From our first email inquiry, she was responsive, kind and communicative.

She accommodated our requests and worked really well with our wedding planner. She is the perfect person to help you plan your event. The Grand Gimeno has an amazing brick pizza oven that we used for cocktail hour. Our guests raved about the pizzas and enjoyed the unique experience. For dinner, we had the Latin menu. Everyone loved it too! I highly recommend using Jay's for your next event.

Fantastic from start to finish! I had a horrible experience with a different catering company and didn't get beyond the early contact and planning stages with them, and thank goodness because it steered me to Jay's Catering. I called in and was immediately connected with Sierra who was an absolute dream. We came up with a menu for the brunch I was hosting (30 expected in attendance).

The contract was drawn up and sent over quickly, and the payment process was nice and easy. Driver showed up when they said he would. the food was plentiful, delicious and made for gorgeous presentation. Highly recommend and we will use them for all future catering needs.

So so so happy we worked with Jay's Catering for our wedding at Hangar 21 in Fullerton! What sold is on this venue was using the helicopter as our grand entrance to the reception! Our event specialist, Brittany, was very helpful from the first email, up til now with following up with us post-wedding. She is responsive to emails, and worked with us to accommodate our large guest count.

She is so sweet, organized, and directed us to the right people when we had additional questions/concerns. Jay's Catering has a wide variety of menu choices for events. We chose the island menu, and our guests could not stop talking about how tender and delicious the huli huli chicken and brisket were! We had a donut wall as well, and I swear.those donuts were devoured by our guests in seconds! We love how we were also able to choose "his and hers" drinks for our wedding. I highly recommend Jay's Catering for your next event!

I just had a dream of a wedding with the help of Jay's Catering at their gorgeous venue, The Estate on Second, in Santa Ana on April 9th. I cannot give enough thanks to our event specialist Brittany, who stuck with us from the day we signed our contract to the day we said I do. She was available via call or email whenever I needed help or had the silliest questions.

She is definitely an expert who loves what she does. I never felt pressured to buy or add-on packages to my contract and she was always honest with us. We also LOVED our venue; Jeanne, the venue coordinator was very helpful. I cannot say enough about the Estate. It is utterly gorgeous, you can dress it up or down and completely customize your day to your vision.

The new bar addition in the back is perfect for mingling and cocktail hour. Lastly, THE FOOD! Wow! I may be biased but Jay's provided some of the best food and dessert we have ever tasted at a wedding or an event in general. I had guest after guest come up to tell me that the food was amazing. I seriously enjoyed our food so much. Jay's really goes the extra mile in making sure your wedding goes off without a hitch. I highly recommend Jay's for your wedding or any event in general. Almost makes me wish I could get married all over again;

We contracted with Jays to cater my daughter's bridal shower. I was familiar with their name back to the days of my wedding in 1984 and I was impressed that they stood the test of time and were able to navigate the last two years of COVID. When first searching, I discovered Ellie's Table was their restaurant in San Juan Capistrano so we thought we would check them out to see what their salads, sandwiches and breakfast offerings looked like.

We were so impressed by the quality and value of the food that I decided to reach out to their catering services. Lauren MacLeod helped my daughter and I with suggestions and guidance for our party of forty for our backyard occasion. We ended up renting tables, chairs, linens and umbrellas for the occasion. Our food choices were salads and sandwiches with mini desserts.

We had many compliments on the food and a great time was had by all! I would also like to mention the delivery and pickups went smoothly and efficiently with both providing professional staff for setup and breakdown. Don't hesitate with using Jay's for your special events.

I had the best time working with Lauren from Jay's catering! She was so helpful with the planning process and answered my endless amount of questions. The food was so good as well! We got rave reviews from our guest about how our food was the best wedding food they've ever had. We did it buffet style and let me tell you, it was the best decision!

People were able to get warm food and go back for seconds to eat to their hearts content! The staff were all so nice on the day off. They made sure my husband and I were well taken care of and always gave us fresh drinks throughout the night! All of our guests also RAVED about our bartender, Amber. The Rose Center was such a gorgeous venue. With access to both indoor and outdoor, it was a great option for us because we were able to have our ceremony outdoors and reception indoors. Definitely recommend Jay's Catering to all future bride and grooms!

We want to give our sincerest thanks and gratitude to Rachel, our event/venue coordinator. She was with us from our first tour of Forme LA in 2019, through COVID delays and rescheduling, to our wedding in October 2021. Rachel was patient, understanding, and resourceful throughout the planning phase. She was always available if we needed to make changes or to confirm details, and we are so happy with how everything went.

We were able to go to two separate group tastings before the wedding, and several guests commented on how good the food was at our wedding. We chose to go with a Mediterranean menu, but the options to choose from were endless, and there is something for everyone. Jay's Catering and their staff were kind and professional, and we are extremely grateful to everyone involved for how well our day went.

We hired Jay's for our wedding at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and they were absolutely amazing. The tricky part of our venue is that there was no kitchen! You would have never known that they had to build their own temporary kitchen on the lawn outside! You really can't go wrong with any of their food options (short ribs & lime chicken were amazing) - everything was way higher quality than your typical wedding food!

Everyone was extremely professional, great communicators, and really want to go the extra mile to to please! It was so much easier to have your apps/dinner, bar, and dessert all order from one place. We ordered our wedding cake from them too and it was so good. I wanted to have an authentic 1944 Mai Tai as my signature drink - I gave them the recipe and a provided a few extra ingredients and they made it happen! Their pricing was fair and very transparent, their servers/bartenders were awesome, and everything ran like clockwork for our wedding. Highly recommend!

We have used them in the past and their food is wonderful. Unfortunately with Covid they are not offering staff services, so for this event we will have family members Do that job.

We just had our wedding at Jay's newest venue, The Grand Gimeno. It was beyond perfect! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the venue! The bridal suite and groom's room are to die for and the garden is breathtaking. We had Patti as our event coordinator. Patti and her team at Grand Gimeno were so accommodating throughout the process, especially during the covid surge this past winter. She was always responsive, worked late hours, and was on top of everything! We are so happy we chose Jay's for our big day!

We had our wedding at The Estate on Second earlier this month and the day couldn't be more perfect. Arielle was our event specialist, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and super patient with us especially throughout the whole postponements and pandemic wedding planning. Communication was an important thing for my husband and I because we always had questions and Arielle really helped answer any questions and made the whole process go smoothly.

We decided to go with Asian buffet on the day of our wedding. It was very delicious! Our guests really enjoyed the food and were going back for seconds. Thank you so much Jay's Catering for being a part of your special day!

We just got married at Hangar 21 South on 11/27/21 and the venue, catering, and overall service were impeccable. We were so lucky to get to work with Event Specialist, Sierra, to plan all of the logisitics, menu, etc. for our day. She didn't miss a detail that we discussed and was so quick with reponding to all of my many emails over the months and months of planning.

We received so many compliments on our food and the bar service on the day of our wedding. Jay's Catering staff are the epitome of excellence. We selected a dual plated Latin menu of tequila lime chicken and barbacoa enchilada and everyone was so full and happy. I was initially concerned that having only two bartenders wouldn't be enough for our thirsty bunch but they kept the line moving SO fast!

Our signature cocktails were also delicious and well-received! We are beyond grateful that we found and selected Hangar 21 South and Jay's Catering for our most special day. It was an epic night!

Our recent event using Jay's Catering was a wonderful experience. Lauren MacLeod was very helpful creating the menu for our post wedding buffet. Her expertise in choosing from the many delicious selections and guiding the best amounts put me at ease so I could relax and enjoy the day. The staff was SO kind and attentive during the entire wedding, everything was seamless and stress free. Our menu was the Latin option and the guests are still raving about how good their food was, from the polenta bites and empanada hors d'oeuvres to the ensalada las mesas and tequila lime chicken. We had our wedding at the Estate on Second on Halloween of this year, all anybody could talk about was the food! Our event specialist was Brianna, she was literally heaven sent. I have a lot of anxiety and she was so kind, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Any time I had a question I got a quick email response, and if it was something larger than that I could get on a call almost immediately.

The food and service throughout the wedding was outstanding. We ordered food for 50 people but ended up having only about 40 people, so we took our leftovers with us. Everything saved perfectly as if it were just made. Overall so thankful we went with Jay's and even more excited we were paired with Brianna for our planning.

Choosing Jay's Catering for our wedding at the Rose Center theater was honestly the best decision. Lauren was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process being so patient with all my questions and concerns. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and i got an insane amount of compliments on the dinner menu, it was sooo delicious and perfect. Richard the catering manager really stepped up and helped my coordinator in a bind to help make everything perfect without me knowing of any issues on my big day. I would recommend this for catering and venue to everyone. It was perfect.

We held out wedding at The Estate on Second with Casey as our Event Manager. I am so happy that we chose a venue managed and catered by Jay's. They were always professional and maintained clear lines of communication during the height of COVID. I also appreciate how conscientious Jay's was about ensuring the safety of us and our guests. We had originally planned to hold our wedding at The Estate on Second on January 23, 2021 however given our need to prioritize safety Jay's provided us flexibility with rescheduling out event to August 2021.

We were so surprised to find that Jay's hawaiian menu was delicious and all of our guests left happy and full. I think I saw some guest go for THIRD helpings. The staff and so friend and kind and never make any request feel like a burden. What especially surprised me was how thoughtful Jay's was in taking care of the Bride and Groom before, during, and after the ceremony.

They provided a small tray of horderves in the bridal suite knowing that we hadn't been eating much that day. They also sent us off with a "after party" snack box. If you choose to book an event with one of Jay's venue, I would absolutely recommend seeking out Casey as your event manager. She is extremely communicative and clear. Additionally, she is kind and patient with explaining all the conditions with the day-of contract.

Jays Catering went above and beyond for our wedding day. It was the most perfect day! Lauren Macleod was absolutely wonderful during the whole process. She made sure everything was exactly how we planned. She was extremely pleasant to work with. She made planning the food and other rentals a breeze, so I felt a huge burden off my shoulders during the planning process.

I felt very confident when the big day came around that I would have nothing to worry about. I was absolutely right! The food was delicious, the tables and chairs were perfect, and the service from all staff was outstanding! I'm so thankful for everyone's hard work. 20/10!

We had our wedding on 10-16-21 and Jay's did a PHENOMENAL job. From the decor offerings to the impeccable food (our guests are still raving over the brisket off the all-american menu), I cannot recommend jay's enough. Jay's was the caterer for our wedding in September of this year, and I cannot even begin to tell you how many of our guests raved about the food! We went with the Italian buffet option! Everything from the food to the attentiveness of our event specialist, Brittany, left us so wildly impressed! Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Jay's did a superb job of making our wedding feel like a priority, and consistently checking in with us! I would highly recommend Jay's, and I think our guests would overwhelmingly recommend the pesto tortellini and artichokes!

We recently had our 38th Gala at the Natural History Museum, and Jay's Catering is one of their preferred vendors. And we are so glad that we chose them. The whole planning process was difficult because of COVID, but Jay's Catering helped to make the process easy. The communication was wonderful, they were flexible, and definitely went out of their way to make our event a great time for all of our guests. All of the guests enjoyed the food and drinks. I would definitely work with them again.

Ordered desert's for my Father's Funeral. OMG they are the BEST! Was worth the drive over there. Have used Jay's before. And will continue. But, word of advise, put your desert away for later. They were all gone. Thanks Jays Catering.

Casey was my point of contact and she was so responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process. I can't thank her enough and all of Jay's catering staff for making my wedding dream into a reality. All of my guest were raving about how delicious the food was and most especially the brisket! We opted out for the buffet and there was no food left since everyone kept coming back for seconds.

The bartenders on the night of were so much fun serving the best drinks, talking stories with our guest and they really made our party even more of an experience. I am so thankful I had my wedding at Jay's! From their detail oriented staff, responsiveness to calls/emails, helpful ideas, recommendations, help with the decor, OMG THE FOOD, DRINKS, venue at the hanger. I could go on and I can but I wont. We are so glad we hosted our wedding with Jay's at the Rose Center in July. We had originally planned for May 2020 but had to postpone twice due to covid. Jay's was very understanding and flexible through it all, honoring our 2020 food costs and allowing postponement without a fee since it was about a year from the original date. Even if we had decided to push it out further Jay's postponement fee was very reasonable.

We've heard terrible stories from other couples with their venues or caterers not allowing them to postpone without forfeiting everything or paying insane fees, so we were very grateful Jay's wasn't like that at all. Special thanks to Lauren Macleod, our Event Specialist. Lauren was incredible! She was always so friendly and professional, promptly and thoroughly answering all our questions as we constantly weighed different options while assessing the ever changing pandemic.

She went out of her way to help us with the food tasting (pre-covid) and options for our various requests. And she worked well with our coordinator hashing out all the myriad final details. She really helped us feel well taken care of through over 1.5 years of planning/re-planning. Also want to mention Jeanne, the venue manager, who always instantly responded to date requests.

It relieved a lot of the stress of constantly re-evaluating potential dates. Finally, regarding the food and the venue itself. The fact that Jay's does both the venue and catering hugely simplified things. And the food was absolutely stellar! Tons of options and great flexibility for allergies all while still being reasonably priced. We kept getting tons of praise on the food from guests. Jay's also ensured proper covid precautions with distancing options, a staff-served buffet, plastic barriers, etc.

The bar and desserts were also fantastic. The Rose Center turned out to be an even better venue than we anticipated. Super easy free parking, plenty of space, and excellent location. That we were also able to adjust things to fit everything outside was a huge plus and made everyone feel safer (covid). We could already tell the venue was beautiful from our initial tour and final walkthrough, but all the indoor and outdoor backdrops looked even more stunning in photos than we imagined!

Overall our wedding exceeded all our expectations and we were able to enjoy every moment stress free. That was in no small part thanks to Lauren, Jeanne, and the Jay's team. Without question, we highly recommend Jay's and the Rose Center.

Our original venue canceled on us about a month before our wedding date and we were scrambling to find a new venue that was open especially during covid. I emailed Forme LA and got a quick response from Rachel of Jays Catering. She informed me that forme was not available but Hangar 21 was. I was able to tour the venue and immediately fell in love with it.

It was open and spacious. Rachel was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond to emails and any questions that I had. She made the whole process so seamless. The food from jays was great! We chose the dual plate of filet mignon and salmon with daphionise potato tower. I highly recommend Jays catering and Hangar 21 for any type of event. They did such an amazing job and I'm so grateful I found them.

Jay's is a personal favorite for family and for my husband. Long before I met my husband, my parents used Jay's Catering for all events. From sports banquets to the silent auctions, Jays was always our top choice. When we got engaged and found our Venue, we explored multiple caterers. We even went to a few tasting events. When we were invited to the Taste of Jay's event we were blown away.

Every item was better than the next. The choice to hire Jay's was obvious. They had a huge variety of food selections. The fan favorite hors' devours was the beef wellington and everyone loved Jay's famous Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano. We worked specifically with Brianna Long. She was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and was helpful in answering all our questions. Jay's surpassed all our expectations!

We had to change venues for our wedding less than 4 weeks before the date. After emailing tons of venues, a Hangar 21 venue ad popped up on my instagram feed. I immediately emailed them and got a quick response back. From that point on, all communication with them was so prompt and efficient. We toured the property and decided to book with them immediately.

With less than a month to go before our wedding, Sierra from Jay's catering was a super star and made our experience perfect! She answered all questions promptly and made the transition so smooth! The venue is gorgeous, clean, and so unique! We didn't have time to do a food tasting but on the day of the wedding the food was amazing! All the guests were raving about the food! I highly recommend Hangar 21 and Jay's Catering!

I usually love this place, prices have increased too much and the food quality was not as good as it used to be. We were disappointed. Maybe just a bad day, because all other orders hear have been fabulous

I had a perfect wedding with Jay's Catering. Sierra helped us out to have a perfect day. She wrote a letter with a small snack package for us, just in case we couldn't eat the food at the wedding. Very thoughtful person and well communicator. With this Covid-19 situation, Jay's catering knows how to prepare properly for everyone's safety.

First of all, all the foods were so worth every single penny. The sweet treat tray came with Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Dark Chocolate Ganache Brownies, and Butterscotch Blondies & Oreo Cheesecake squares. They all looked so cute and delicious. For Hors D'oeuvres I had Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts and Sausage Stuffed Mushroom. Artichoke hearts give freshness with a strong lemon flavor. Sausage Stuffed was perfect with beer.

There were other good options but a little bit heavy before the main entree. Pear & Walnut Salad was so good. I switched goat cheese to feta cheese. Jay's Catering has the flexibility so you can change options for your own taste. For Main, I picked Zucchini Lime Chicken with Roasted Broccolini and Dauphinoise Potatoes. Believe me. The chicken tasted better than most of the wedding steaks I had.

So Juicy and soft. All the staff knew the timeline. My wedding had flipped between ceremony and reception. It only took 30min as what they said before the wedding. It was so fast. I really do appreciate it. All the staff was friendly and kind with a smile all the time. I felt they all bless my wedding day. If you guys consider Jay's Catering as your vendor, I recommend Jay's catering with all my heart.

The people that own Jay's have a quality selection for any event you choose. We have used them several times. They are a well run company. We have several friends in our area that used them also. They are so generous. They contribute free of charge to Grandparent Autistic Network. They provide all of the food free of charge for special needs and college helpers for the special events. What an incredible VENUE! Sierra was amazing and so was her team. They took care of us. They asked great questions and got details that they needed. The coordinated great with our wedding coordinator, Tanairy. Everything the day of the wedding was done the right way and I wasn't worried about anything. The Estate on Second is an incredible venue and you don't have to do much to it to make it look beautiful.

The food at the venue was incredible and people couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The venue is great since the cocktail hour takes place upstairs and then you come downstairs for dinner and the rest of the reception. It breaks up the day nicely. Jay's Catering was a great match for our wedding! I was worried about booking my wedding at the Estate on Second because I only had one choice in vendor, but it turns out that the vendor was perfect! Jay's was professional, served high quality food, and were VERY accommodating to my guests. All of our guests commented on the food positively, especially the tacos and small dessert options! Eunice our coordinator was incredible! She has great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble, she spent hours planning all the little details with me. The food was exceptional! We had so many compliments. The cake was sublime. The service was second to none. What a great company. Can't recommend Jay's enough.
