Chef Joyce did an amazing job catering for a non-profit event in my home. The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Joyce actually made a special selection of gluten free items in addition to the regular menu. EVERYTHING was amazing! You won't regret hiring Chef Joyce! Joyce did a wonderful job in helping us plan the menu for the multicultural celebration of my son's marriage. Her extensive menu of offerings and sage counsel melded Texas, Argentine and Russian culture into a wonderful offering of food at the outdoor event that brought accolades from everyone. Beyond the excellence of the fare, Joyce, Traci and Carrissa added to and complemented the fun and joyous occasion with their cheerful service to our guests. Kudos.

We had the privilege of working with Joyce last night at a wine pairing event in our home. Joyce and her assistant Janet not only showed up early, they were fully ready to help with any last minute setup. Both Joyce and Janet were a vibrant addition to the evening. Joyce worked with the vintner on the menu and adjusted the ingredients to make sure the pairings were the right fit. The food and menu choices were amazing and the evening was a great success! I'm sure we will be working with her on our future events!

Chef Joyce catered our company's 2018 Christmas party and to this day I get compliments for the menu. It wasn't a traditional Christmas menu, it was more of a Spanish flare and it was memorable to say the least. The enchiladas, the mango salsa, the tamales! The desserts, the choices were delectable! We miss them all!. The boss said it was the best celebration ever! Chef Joyce is a Godsend, she delivered beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you Chef Joyce!

Joyce cooked for my Halloween-themed wedding, and I could not be more pleased with the experience! She was accommodating, professional, and personable through the entire process, assisting my husband and I with choosing a menu to fit our budget and our unique needs. I would recommend JC Cooks for any intimate gathering where you want to add come culinary flare that is more personal than just ordering catering portions from a restaurant.
