Cheffe Colette and Cheffe Pamela opened the original Inn Spot in 1999 in Quogue. The chefs decided to serve a few breakfasts at the restaurant, to augment their very sucessful off pemises catering business, and watched, amazed, as the crowds arrived and would often wait over an hour for a seat. The few breakfasts became its own monster and was soon voted the finest breakfast in the Hamptons.

From Our Website

Our accommodations in the Main House include four beautifully appointed newly renovated suites with private baths and picturesque bay views. Each room contains a sitting area with a separate sleeping alcove, and comes complete with cable TV. All of our rooms are based on double occupancy, although some rooms can accommodate up to four people. Our rooms reflect the unique architectural style of the Main House with peaked roof lines and sloped ceilings. Our seaside villas which are adjacent to the Main House are ideal for couples or families.

You can rest assured that you are in good hands as the Inn Spot On The Bay has been voted "Best Caterer" in the Hamptons for the last 10 years. We have a lovely wedding arch for the "I do's", and tents are popular for the celebration in case of inclement weather. All of our catering menus are created to your desires. We prepare all our own food from scratch, and do not use any prepackaged or frozen food. Our catering director will be pleased to assist you or answer any questions.

In compiling this carte we have endeavored to include varietals and wineries that we discovered in our tastings and travels. Our rotating wine by the glass program can often provide an opportunity to try a new wine.

The Inn Spot On The Bay boasts the Hamptons first Platinum Chef, Executive Cheffe Colette. Our award winning restaurant is located on the entrance level of the Main House. The inside dining area is elegant and cozy at the same time. The ceilings are high, and the original moulding from the early 1900's has been completely restored and adds fine detail to the already picturesque room. The French doors open to the outside dining area, which is a turn of the century wrap around verandah with sweeping bay views from every seat.
