Founded in 1990, Ige's Lunchwagon and Catering has grown to be one of the most prominent catering and lunch companies on the island of Oahu. Starting from humble beginnings in our family garage, we have branched out into a lunch takeout window and event caterer. Servicing the island for over 30 years, we utilize both our experience and home-style cooking to give you the best for what you pay for. We aim to continue to uphold our legacy that was created by my parents and provide the best food and service that we possibly can.
Services
If you still have a question after reading, feel free to call/message us through our contact page. At the latest, orders must be placed at least a week in advance to guarantee availability. A deposit is required but will be returned to you when you return equipment by the specified due date. We have wire chafing dishes/warmers and serving utensils available.
This must be set up ahead of time when you place your order. If not, we will assume you are bringing your own serving utensils. The delivery drivers do not carry serving utensils on hand unless we are previously notified. Serving utensils will have to be returned to us no later than three days after the date of the funeral.

I posted on Yelp but what an experience with this place. I ordered for 100 people and when I get there at 4pm to pick up my food, they tell me someone picked it up. I was like hah.a guy in a pick up truck came and picked it up. I told them I'm the only one and my wife, who knows where we ordered and what time the pick up, at 4pm. I kept my cool and was pacing like a mad dog.
I gotta feed 100 people at a grad party in 45 minutes.what in the world am I gonna do! They didn't even check for id, they just gave the food away. Luckily there was a delivery van parked next to me for 250 people and the boss told the worker take 100 out and give it to me. I was so worked up that they forgot to give me utensils that came with the food. Unbelievable.how would you react when you go to the place you ordered food for 100 people and you paid for the food already and they tell you."oh some one picked it up already." They wasn't even apologetic.mean.never again.

Good food and great value! You get a lot of food for less than $15 I had shoyu pork and Korean fried chicken (ala carte). They were both good. a little salty. but still good. I also got butter mochi. but I would skip that next time. it was just a regular butter mochi that you can find everywhere. Too bad they are only open til 1pm everyday.

I think Ige's beef stew is the best in the state! Its a thick beef stew with lots of beef chunks. The mac salad is really good too. Lunch plates come with Ige's signature pickled onions. Best to call ahead to place an order since the line for the pick up window is shorter and faster than the order window. Two caveats though.one, because Ige's is so busy, your phone call may go unanswered and you'll need to call again. Two, the parking at harbor center is usually busy and nearly full during lunchtime. These are minor issues for great food at a cheap price (beef stew plate was only $12).

I love eating here when i get a chance. the food here reminds me of great lunch wagon local style food. i definitely recommend you try this spot at least once if your in the area. Oct 6, 2020- Iges is open. Still serving great local food. Stop by it call and try the daily specials. You won't be disappointed.

Best plate lunch. Great assortment of daily specials and weekly specials. Highly recommend this location over the others. Lots of food if your hungry, tastes awesome. My favorite is the Hawaiian plate, 2 people could share, so much food to grind. Phone order is best, less waiting in line. Awesome location
