Hamby is truly an EXCEPTIONAL catering company! They go above and beyond for their clients and made such a delicious meal for our wedding! They are timely, kind, and so so talented at what they do. We highly recommend and appreciate their services! We received so many compliments on the food! Especially the tomato pies!

Hamby has taken such impeccable care of me and my family for over 30 years; catering my wedding and most recently, catering my daughter's wedding. The food was excellent and the service first-class.

What can I possibly say that has not already been said? Hamby never disappoints! From my wedding, Derby Parties or just my craving for their amazing mini tomato pies.you can't go wrong allowing Hamby to handle your catering needs!

Hamby provided the catering for our wedding last month and we couldn't recommend them any more! First (and most importantly) the food throughout the entire evening was absolutely fantastic. The catering staff was attentive and very friendly and made sure that we were not wanting for anything the entire night - my wife and I weren't able to grab any hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour as we were taking pictures and the catering staff made sure to track us down and provide an entire assortment of food so we didn't miss out! All-around excellent experience!

Ryan with Hamby Catering was by far the best vendor to work with throughout our wedding experience! He was extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We used Hamby for our engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and reception! All our guests raved at how delicious and presentable the food was for each event. I thoroughly enjoyed having our tasting to finalize the menu.

The servers and chefs at the reception did an exceptional job. We could not have asked for anything more. Ryan is an excellent Hamby employee and I would use Hamby catering hands down for any event!

Hamby Catering provided the food for our Corporate Holiday event this past weekend (12/4). From the proposal process that started in July to clean up of the the event this past weekend Hamby staff was professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our group was accommodated and happy. Also, the food was AMAZING! Not one complaint on the food, only compliments, which to those of you who handle corporate events is a win! We will use Hamby Catering again. You can't go wrong with Hamby! We have ordered from them for multiple occasions and are never disappointed. The teeny ham biscuits are always a crowd pleaser as are the mini desserts. Staff are always working hard and happy to help!

The team from Hamby (Caroline Kraich and and Caroline Stevenson) were such a pleasure to work with! They were able to work within our budget to create an amazing and delicious meal for our wedding reception! We had Deviled Eggs, Sweet Potato Biscuits with Ham, and mini Tomato Pies (personal favorite!) for our cocktail hour. Our reception included a Short Rib Station, Slider Station (omg to the BBQ and Buffalo Chicken Sliders) and a delicious Penne Chicken Pasta Bake!

I've heard nothing but great things from our guests and received many compliments on the food! THANK YOU, HAMBY! I am definitely ordering a dozen of the mini tomato pies for pick-up every time I'm back in Charleston!

I have used Hamby Catering for YEARS! Excellent boxed and pre-fixed options for baby showers, tailgates, parties, and obviously larger scale events too. Hamby Market has become a standstill as well as they offer grab-n-go options and fantastic meals to go. They often have a food truck that serves various locations around too. Hamby is not to be missed if you are visiting Charleston & they have been locally owned and operated for decades.

Hamby knocked the food and drinks out of the park for our wedding celebration! They were extremely kind and flexible with COVID reschedules, and stayed responsive throughout the constant changes with our plans. Caroline was super helpful with advise and feedback and took a lot of stress off our plate. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food!

We had three stations (braised short ribs, fish and chips, and sliders) and they were all equally delicious. The team promptly replenished food and kept stations tidy. Food aside, one of the best parts of using Hamby is that their team genuinely seemed happy to be there. Everyone had a smile on their faces and was so kind and friendly, and that made our night even more enjoyable. (Our guests noticed too!

It's something you don't think of, but looking around and feeling like literally everyone is happy to be there made a difference.) 10/10 recommend having Hamby cater any event.we'll be using them again in the future!
