Hallie Jane catered my wedding in NC this past weekend and I couldn't have been happier. The appetizers were amazing, the main course was delicious and the staff were all professional and friendly. They managed the bar as well and we have received many comments after my wedding about how there was no wait to be served drinks (unlike most weddings people have been to). Hallie was so nice to work with and responsive when we had questions or needed to change something.

Hallie Jane's Catering did an excellent job facilitating our garden party from catering to bar tending to set up and taking down. The attention to detail was great as was the food. The staff is very professional. We were quite pleased.

Great food but as an event planner they are frustrating to work with because you can NEVER get them on the phone. But their food and service is top notch.

Hallie Jane's catered our wedding in November 2016. They are extremely professional and efficient, but far more importantly, our guests raved about the food. I would heartily recommend Hallie Jane's for any event.

I learned of Hallie Jane's through a vendor list from my venue, The Taylor Grady House. I had a specific vision in mind for our full dinner during the reception. I wanted multiple stations, scattered around, not one buffet line. Hallie knew exactly what I meant when I first met with her. My husband and I met with her and discussed food and money and reception flow.

After the initial consultation with Hallie, I worked with Kathleen who is just as wonderful and knowledgeable! We made selections via email and phone conversations and set up tastings. My parents went with me to the tasting where we had the food I selected for the wedding. We got to make comments and say things like we want this less salty the day of, etc.

They were very welcoming during the tasting and took notes about what needed to be changed. They drew out a reception layout for us, listed items we needed like tablecloths and their sizes. Kathleen has superior communication skills! I couldn't have planned my wedding without her! The stations we had during the reception were a bistro steak carving station with sides, a skewer station, and a macaroni and cheese station.

All of the guests loved the mac and cheese station, where they could put whatever toppings on it that they wanted! All of the food was great.people say you don't eat at your wedding, well my husband and I did and we loved it all! Hallie Jane's also worked the bar area, serving beer and wine. The bar tenders were very outgoing and friendly and they even brought my drinks to me if I didn't want to walk over the grass to the bar.

Numerous people have commented to me on how delicious our wedding food was! And they loved the stations idea.so did I! Hallie Jane's is fantastic to work with! The food is truly delicious, they have great communication skills, and their team is experienced!

Wow! We used Hallie Janes for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. They were complete professionals and incredibly responsive.before I could even think of a question, it was answered. The food was delicious and my guests raved (and went back for seconds!). The presentation and staff service was also perfect. Do yourself a favor and hire them ASAP.

Hallie Jane's catering is amazing. I meet with Hallie nearly a year before our wedding and she helped get all the initial details in order. Kathleen, an assistant, ensured that the details were arranged in time for the wedding and was quick to respond to all of my question and concerns. On the day of our wedding, Brandon and his team set everything up, helped the day run smoothly, and did an amazing job keeping our guests happy with food and drinks.

And the food was spectacular! All of our guests, even the vegetarians and picky eaters, were thoroughly impressed and loved the food. I was blown away by their attention to detail, organization, and attentiveness.

I never write reviews on here, and I actually used Hallie Jane's back in April 2012 for my wedding. I have no idea why I didn't write a review then, but I was just looking at some wedding photos and felt compelled to come do this. So many of my guests still talk about the food that was served at my wedding to this very day. I have yet to come across anyone that has had better wedding food than what Hallie Jane's provided for my wedding.

They are reasonably priced, extremely helpful, and beyond talented. I honestly would get married all over again, if for no other reason than the amazing food that comes from this company. Keep up the utterly fantastic work! I will find an excuse to use your services again, I assure you!

Wow wow wow! Hallie Jane catered our wedding and I can't say enough good things about them. First, they were terrific working with us to create a very unique, very "us" menu for our wedding - complete with mini grilled cheese sandwiches, pigs in a blanket, and mini "Seattle dogs"! The food and service at the wedding was spectacular - our guests were raving. Can't thank you enough for making our special day unbelievably special!
