Our mission is simple; to provide an authentic old fashion barbecue catering experience utilizing only the highest quality ingredients provided to our customer at an affordable price. We offer a customizable menu that can be dressed up or kept casual for all types of events. We guarantee high quality food and a stress-free event. Our events range from tailgate parties, backyard barbecues, corporate events, weddings, and holiday parties. We started in 1963 as a meat shop and we have continued that service ever since.
Services
We like to arrive about an hour before you want to eat so we can get set up and prepare for your event. We also clean and pack up the food after everyone is completely done eating. We provide our own tables and table cloths. We provide a black table cloth and then we can accent with any items you set aside for us that you would like incorporated in the food line.
We work with you to customize the bar selection to your tastes, budget and guest list by offering a variety of local, domestic and craft beer & wine, along with a selection of canned cocktails. Our setup can range from a formal pop-up bar to our signature 1968 Roll 'o' vend bar trailer. Every event is staffed with one of our talented bartenders, a full bar setup, beverage napkins, plastic cups, straws, a temporary alcohol catering permit, insurance and travel within 30 minutes of our facility.
We have a large variety of different meats, sides, appetizers, and desserts to choose from for your event. When you have decided on which mouth watering meals you would like to have, visit our booking page to reserve your date. All taco bars include: corn or flour tortillas, refried beans, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and salsa.

I am so glad I made the decision to hire H & M Meats and Catering for my 50th birthday bash. I experienced their yummy BBQ at a wedding over the summer. From beginning to end and everywhere in between, the staff was on point. Staff efficiently set up in my backyard and was totally adaptable to my crazy family. The food was dee lish and they even accommodated my Gluten Free and other food allergies. They packed up, cleaned up and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend H & M to cater your event. They are truly top notch!

Buddies wedding this last weekend was great besides the catering service. They showed up late, almost ruining ceremony if it wasn't for us calling them. The staff (two guys) were rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic. The food was just okay. That's if there was any. I had to help them run food (I was a groomsman) so people could eat. I guess there was cobbler, tri-tip and salad.
I never saw that because they didn't have it out in the beginning. Most people never had an opportunity to have what the bride and groom ordered. After the wedding my buddy had enough food to feed a homeless shelter (I think he's donating it) he had 10 tri-tips and bunch of other sides left over all spoiling in his fridge instead of being eaten by their guests.
The owner will only refund him $200 of his $4200 and offered him a meal. I'd go else where if I were you. The food was just okay and the service was absolutely horrible. I'd be more than happy to talk with the owner about the experience, as a business owner I would want to know if my business was portrayed this bad in front of 150 plus people.

I moved here from Georgia and have been here a year. I had a great butcher back home just like a hair stylist, once you get a good one you stick with him. So I was just buying the junk meat from the supermarkets. But one day I was Fed Up and looked online an H&M popped up. After reading the reviews I decided to give him a try. I bought two 16-ounce fillets.
I had great prompt and a attentive service. They were vacuum sealed and I was impressed. After opening them I realized that they were somewhat butterflied. I was kind of disappointed. After grilling them they turned out absolutely amazing. So today I went back and order the same thing. But ask them that the butterfly them. They cater to my request and two beautiful 16 oz filets. There now marinating and caring for the grill later. Definitely a go-to spot and don't believe I'll try anywhere else. They have my 100% satisfaction an approval.

You will be in great hands with H&M Meats! Adam and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The menu and food is amazing! You can expect everything to be flawless! We have used them quite a few times for our catering events and have never been disappointed. The food is always a huge hit with everyone! We highly recommend them!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! H&M Meats was the easiest, friendliest, and had incredible food! I had H&M Meats cater my wedding this past Saturday. They showed up on time, did an excellent job setting up and having all of the food ready, and were super friendly to everyone! Everyone that came mentioned how good the food was. I will definitely be using them more and if you are looking for a catering service, I would recommend them every day!
