William Bill Cron is the executive chef and owner of Gourmet Home Cuisine. catering firm. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Cron has 24 years knowledge in the food service field. Prior to establishing his own businesses, he was on the team of two French restaurants in Bergen County-as pastry chef at one, and assistant to the executive chef at the other.

Gourmet Home Cuisine is an off-premise catering and party rental company serving private, corporate and government clients in northern New Jersey, Rockland County, and Manhattan for more than three decades. Culinary Institute of America graduate William (Billy) Cron and his staff create high quality, well-organized, memorable events of all types and sizes. Chef Cron, whose customer base comes largely from referrals from satisfied clients, will give you his personal attention and will work with any culinary, budgetary, or logistical challenges you face.


We work with a range of businesses and vendors to create everything from take-out sandwiches to plated dinners to corporate cocktail parties. COCKTAIL HOUR Assorted freshly marinated kebobs, grilled and passed to your guests by our waiters. Choose from chicken, beef, shrimp or swordfish. Price includes all condiments and buffet table with linen Disposable items are available for $2.00 per person. Staff and 15% gratuity are additional. One chef plus grill, $25.00 per hour; five hour minimum. We offer a full line of rental equipment.
