Garcia's Catering Service has been family owned and operated since 1982. It was founded by Jose R Garcia, who shortly after catering his own wedding decided to venture out and start his own company on the basis of referral. Today, Jose is still proud that referral is still the main source of his work portfolio. Our company caters from small intimate parties to large events of 2,000 guests. Our clientele include foreign dignitaries, political leaders, local television station, large corporations, church congregations, plus several local business leaders.

I hired the Garcias' for a anniversary celebration for our company.the theme was wild west.and the food and service was amazing!.I had the best experience from the initial contact, through menu confirmation, set-up and service. and the food was excellent! BBQ ribs, chicken, with all the fixings. all 150 guest were so pleased with the "Fall off the bone ribs" Great Chicken.and the service was professional all the way.and very friendly. Thank you Senor Garcia, Claudia and all the staff! I will return for every event!
