Feast On This

Feast on This catered our wedding on a boat in San Diego Harbor. All of the food and staff were amazing and professional. Everything from the appetizers, meals and desserts were presented with such creative detail and the taste of EVERYTHING was mouth watering. The elaborate mac and cheese station upstairs was a hit with our guests and people are still talking about the unbelievable, fresh and beautifully presented small plates. We HIGHLY recommend Feast On This for any special event you're planning. So clearly out did our expectations!

Three stars because I just needed some cheese in my "mac&cheese, " - as it was just plain penne pasta. Maybe it was mislabeled. I don't know. It just wasn't "Mac & Cheese." I did love the chickpea salad with carrots and a little spice to it. The chocolate desert was really lite and delicious and beautiful too. Hopefully the Mac & Cheese can step it up to be as enjoyable as its counterparts.

I can confidently say we would use Feast on This 100x over for our Wedding! The attention to detail and professional by Melissa and her team were unmatched. From the start, Melissa helped us create our reception menu from scratch which can be a bit daunting when you have unlimited possibilities of what to serve. She was extremely attentive and patient given the fact we had to postpone due to Covid.

On the day of the reception, the food was INCREDIBLE. From the cocktail hour to the dinner, people were raving about the food and we still get our guests talking about our food months later! Melissa even made sure to set appetizers aside for the cocktail hour and brought us our dinner! We love Feast on This and recommend it to everyone!

Ordered a Thanksgiving holiday box from Feast On This for my daughter and I to enjoy. They offered a drive up pick up and the box included everything for a complete gourmet dinner and dessert. It was advertised to feed 2-4 people and we found that there were 4 equal portions of each item. The food was fully cooked and each container was labeled with easy oven or stove top heating instructions.

Within 25 minutes, we were enjoying our meal and the food was SO fresh and tasty. The turkey was moist and every side item was delicious and well seasoned. The portions were perfect. I am looking forward to ordering again for our Christmas brunch and dinner. No stress, no mess and food that is superior to anything I would make. Hope 2021 gives me an opportunity to host a larger event and share Feast On This with my friends and family. Absolutely recommend!

Feast On This never disappoints! They go above and beyond for their clients, and their attention to detail is second to none. Their Ready to Feast boxes are always clean, well packaged, and cooking directions are straight to the point. Not to mention they use fresh ingredients which makes a huge difference in food quality and flavor. They have a great staff and great food. Highly recommended! I booked them for our wedding many moons ago too and they were fantastic!

Wow - that's one word that describes Feast On This. My parents had their 50th wedding anniversary last weekend, we decided to contact Feast On This - they have been professional and responsive since the first contact. They asked us all the needed questions to ensure the event would be a success, menu options were excellent. Our event consisted 12 people due to pandemic, was just the immediate family of my parents.

The food (especially short ribs and their awesome Brussels sprouts) was so good and the sugar cookie was to die for. Not only that they served food very safely since we are in pandemic- we were very comfortable with their services and dropping off the meals. I could not have asked for better service and food. Very professional group of people - would highly recommend to anyone that needs their service from small to large scale event.

We booked Feast on This for our small wedding celebration dinner of 14. From the first email interactions to the tasting and incredible service on site, Melissa made us feel extremely special and taken care of. The chef curated a meal around our ideas and adjust post tasting to fit our and our guests needs. They helped us think of all the details and communicated fluidly the entire time. I've had the pleasure of working with the FOT team several times in the past for larger corporate and non profit events but being on the other side as the bride, made me realize how important their care and attention is in event time. I will continue to work with them and refer them, highly recommended!

The best food I have ever had, and in the comfort of my own home. Thank you Feast on This for sending us the best Mother's day meal ever! The pickiest eater I know (my 11 year old) was licking his plate. Your food is the best and your service is right up there with your food. The quality and freshness of your food is amazing and apparent in every single bite. We all wanted more and can't wait for what Mathew serves up next!

If you want to throw a spectacular event with food that is as beautiful as it is delicious, complete with perfectly appointed decorations, and handled expertly by a staff who takes care of every detail so capably that you don't have to worry about a thing, then look no more - you MUST hire Feast on This. Melissa Lanza and her team were absolutely unbelievable in every way.

We can't wait to hire them again! We sifted through several other companies beforehand, so we know what the competition is like. First off, we were impressed by how well Melissa, Alexis, and her team communicated with us. Melissa would respond to our inquiries immediately and clearly. At one point she had the flu, and she STILL kept us promptly in the loop so we lost no time!

Other companies took so long to respond, we were shocked. She worked with us to create a plan for our wedding that was perfectly tailored to our wishes - an intimate ceremony at our home with 60 guests, including children. We suggested a menu and the Chef and Sous Chef Tom whipped it up to perfection - we enjoyed the opportunity to sample everything with Melissa and Alexis during a tasting.

They treated us so well at the tasting that it remains a high point in our planning process. Melissa was also willing to work with us on parts where we opted to go for DIY. The result was a dream come true. On our wedding day, we awoke to dark skies and audible downpours. Nervous, I opened my email and, waiting for us, was a message from Melissa: "It's here!

We are so excited! The truck is all packed and Chef is busy prepping! Don't worry about the rain; we will come up with a plan but it looks like the rain will stop in time! See you both soon! Melissa" Our worry melted away. They were taking care of everything. When they arrived, their team transformed our home into a beautiful venue. Everything was realized according to the plan.

The rain did stop in time. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, how much they loved the craft cocktails or how friendly the staff was. They treated us so well. We are writing this review without solicitation by Feast on This because we are so deeply appreciative and because we want to share our experience so you can have a great event too.

Feast on This recently catered for my wedding at Balboa Park this past January. I cannot begin to express how fantastic this company is - they are simply incredible. From my first conversation with Melissa, I knew that FOT would be something special. She enthusiastically listened to the story of how my husband and I met, and asked about our favorite foods, and what we love to do.

We love fresh, local, and farm-to-table type foods that are colorful and more vegetable-focused. When we arrived for our food tasting - the food was exactly that. Everything was so fresh, delicious and beautiful! Even our garden salad that started our meal was prepared as a bouquet! Our tasting was also so great because we got to meet Melissa and their Chief Culinary Officer, Matthew.

They were SO enthusiastic and passionate about food and their company - which is exactly what you want to see in a caterer. On the day of our wedding, FOT was exceptional. Melissa met us at the elevator, and held food specifically for my husband and I during cocktail hour to make sure we ate (she even brought me bread when I was feeling faint). I am so grateful and appreciative to that attention to detail and compassion.

After the reception, all of my family and friends could not stop talking about the food. We had a chickpea salad and also a short rib entree on our menu that were both an absolute FAVORITE (If I could eat both those items every day of my life I would). The food was perfect - and I felt that they listened to exactly what Kevin and I had envisioned for our wedding.

The whole team and staff were wonderful. Everyone made sure we were we had everything we needed and felt supported. Even my other vendors couldn't get over how delicious the food was! I would recommend FOT to anyone needing catering services - yet especially for a wedding. They helped to transform the wedding and evening into magic!

I was at an event in Balboa Park last night, and I'm pretty sure this was the company that catered it (their van was in the parking lot). The food was so delicious. I especially loved these chicken sliders that had coleslaw in them, and were on a Hawaiian style bun. The desserts were incredible, too (chocolate cupcakes with coconut/white frosting). My wife loved the shrimp that was brought out, too.

Great place. Hosted events and otherwise. Amazing staff and awesome quality food

We were so unbelievably happy we chose Feast on This to cater our wedding. We wanted something unusual (breakfast for dinner) and they worked with us to create stations for our dinner that blew us away. We had a waffle bar, an omelet station, and a fresh biscuit bar, all of which had tons of fresh, delicious toppings to choose from. From our incredible tasting to the execution on the day, everything was absolutely top-notch.

They even made gluten-free waffles for me and brought a gluten-free donut so I could have everything they served. They built a wooden donut bar display to make my visions of donut towers come true for our dessert bar. The list goes on. I looked forward to the food from the day of our tasting, and it blew me away at the wedding. The people, the food, the service, and the overall experience made Feast on This one of the best choices we made for our wedding.

Our guests are still raving about the breakfast stations! It wasn't just the best wedding food I've ever had, it is some of the best food I've ever had, period. They might not be the most inexpensive choice, but the value is 100% there.

I always enjoy working with this company! Feast on This has catered two of my events and both have been great experiences. Matt and Bianca are so friendly and easy to work with. Throughout the entire process from preparation to post event, they are always in touch and super accommodating. For instance, when I wanted to switch up some items for my second event but stay within budget, Bianca was happy to create several custom menus for me to choose from.

The company uses quality ingredients such as quinoa and steel cut oats for their oatmeal bar and freshly cut pineapple and melon for their beautifully arranged fruit plate. Guests always provide great feedback when it comes to their catering and I'm a big fan of their crispy bacon and coffee as well! : The staff is highly reliable, provides great customer service and a consistently professional presentation. I know that whenever planning an event and working with this company, I don't have to stress about the catering aspect because it's in good hands!

We had Feast on This cater a breakfast for a family event. From start to finish working with FOT was so easy. I cant say enough about the staff and the food. It was all excellent. It exceeded our expectation. We had an omelet bar, waffle station, make your yogurt parfait as well as bagels and other food. We received rave reviews from our family. We also had a family that was running late due to an accident.

The staff offered to stay late so that my family members could eat. Now that's service! I highly recommend Feast On This and look forward to using them again in the future.

We used Feast On This for our corporate event and will NEVER use any other caterer again! Each member of the team is dedicated to ensuring that every detail is perfect and our guests were highly impressed! Not to mention the flexibility that they showed as RSVPs continued to fluctuate and adjustments were made. They made this a stressful experience! I have now worked with Feast On This three times in the last six months and every event they seem to surpass my expectations! Their corporate catering offerings thrilled our office during an all day sales meeting with bagel and lox, season fruit platters, quiches and frittatas. The baby shower and private dinner they catered for me was also incredible with endive shrimp boats and Chicken Alaska. But, the best event yet was my boss's Old Hollywood themed surprise party. Bianca was incredibly helpful presenting decor ideas as well as a high-end menu centered around two bite appetizers and an open craft cocktail bar!

The event was incredibly beautiful and guests were in awe of the quality of the food and professionalism of the Feast On This staff. Bianca's hard work and planning made the event a complete success. Feast On This will absolutely be our "go-to" caterers!

I cannot say enough about Feast on This! Matthew and his team are unparalleled. FOT catered my sister's baby shower over the weekend. It was simply beautiful! From planning to presentation, Matthew was the consummate professional. He and his team ran with my menu suggestions to create a spread that was magnificent. Many guests inquired about the catering, and numerous FOT cards were distributed. Thank you to FOT a million times over for catering a baby shower that is not to be forgotten!

Their waffle bar breakfast is to die for! Wonderful catering job, great presentation and the food was delicious! Highly recommend them for your catering needs.
