As guests finish their salads, our uniformed staff removes their salad plates and salad forks. To start the main meal, our staff sets platters of entrees and side dishes on each table. Your guests will enjoy the passing of the food platters as reminiscent of family holiday dinners and the intimate act of sharing food amongst good friends.
To provide guests with more than just one entree choice, our customers often choose to provide a two course meal. Starting with a first course of a lighter entree such as a salmon filey paired with a vegetable side, a second course follows with a heavier entree paired with another side. This "French" approach to your catered meal gives your guests more food options and encourages even more conversation during the meal. We always recommend providing menu cards for multiple course meals so your guests can anticipate the next course!
