Wow! I ate lunch here today and will definitely be back. Homemade breads and delicious, unique sandwiches and salads. I had a French dip today and it was the best I've ever eaten. My only complaint was they pour the au jus on the sandwich instead of serving it on the side so it was very messy to eat. It was so good, though, I didn't care! Just used lots of napkins!

Today I stopped in and got Smoked Salmon on an Asagio Cheese Bagel with all the works for $5.55! Where else can you get something so awesomely good for so inexpensive? Here! Seriously good food made from scratch. Give this small business a little love. You won't regret it.

Best place to get a sandwich downtown. Tasty food, fairly creative recipes for a deli, decent prices, and fast/friendly service.

Home of the best baked goods to fuel your morning in the entire city! Home made Muffins with blueberries throughout, under $3? Unheard of! Scones with just the right amount of sweetness. And cinnamon rolls, where you actually taste cinnamon, under $4. Amounts are limited since COVID-19, so call a day ahead, if you intend to buy multiples. Sandwiches and salads are made to order, super fresh, so service can be slow. Avoid this by calling ahead, as well. You won't be disappointed.

We had Erin cater our daughter's bridal shower this past weekend and it could not have been a more perfect spread! Erin's menu choices are so wonderful I found it difficult to settle on my selections (with which Erin was very patient ). We decided on the glazed ham, Mediterranean Tortellini, and Chicken Crepes with thyme sauce, along with a couple sides.

Everything was just delicious! Erin and Matthew were very attentive and the service was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Erin's Fine Foods and will be calling her in the future!

I came into the office today only to forget my lunch at home. But we have you guys downstairs which made my day even better and treated myself for my work anniversary. Started the morning with a breakfast club. sandwich. The ciabatta bread was amazingly soft and fresh! For lunch I came back down to get the turkey club salad and of course a m&m cookie for me and my boss.

I have missed these! The best part to visiting your place today was your dad, Erin! Both times I came in he was the sweetest with his comments. His spark of joy and smile (behind his mask) made my day!

Best pasta salad I ever had, it was loaded with fresh vegetables. The pulled pork sandwiches. They were delicious. All homemade and fresh.

So, one day I decided to go venture out and actually leave my work building for once, but it was super cold. I go out through the back doors and for the first time, I noticed Erin's Deli. I go in, they have salads, sandwiches, soup and etc. I go for the 5 cheese grilled cheese and a cup of stuff pepper soup. I'm asked what kind of bread would I like and I go with white.

At the register, I notice there are cookies, I get a confetti one. The cookies are as big as your hand and can be split into quarters to pace yourself. And you'll have to, it really that tasty. The sandwich was good, but the stuff pepper soup. OMG! It was the best stuffed peppers soup I have ever had. It tasted so pure, crisp peppers and fresh rice.

Not soggy or mushy, plus it is filling. I went back again the next day for another cup. And another confetti cookie. Not sure why other reviewers are hating, I stop in twice a week now and they are always busy. No one has ever had an attitude or have ever given me weird vibes. I guess that was just their perception. Every one that works there is nice, in fact, I was chatting with the cashier about the new flavored sparkling water and it turns out it was Erin herself!

You have to appreciate an owner that rolls up their sleeves and works as hard as her employees. I've seen and talked her multiple times and seriously didn't know. Great service and great food. Try a Rockin Robin salad.

We ordered the Mothers Day meal from Erin's and it was such a hit! Ordering and pickup were smooth and easy and the all of the food was delicious! We were all grateful for the generous portions so we had more to look forward to the next day. I also highly recommend the scones and pepperoni rolls!

Tonight we had take out from Erin's Fine Foods. My son and I had meatloaf with buttermilk mashed potatoes. My wife had grilled flank steak with rosemary red skin potatoes. I also had sweet potato chili. It was absolutely amazing! My son gave the meatloaf an 11 out of 10. She has curbside no contact pick up.

Excellent! I find myself coming back here multiple times a week. Try the turkey diablo sandwich, so delicious! I'm working my way through the menu, and everything has been great. The environment is welcoming as well. One of the best lunch stops!

Today I picked up the Bourbon Shrimp and all I can say is my taste buds are singing. I also tried the wedding soup and is the BEST I have tasted in a long time. No matter what you order you will not be disappointed.

The food is great, but the staff always seems to have an attitude or something. Plus, today the cashier was talking on the phone with someone while cashing orders out. No idea why, maybe there was a valid reason, but at least ask someone else to take the register. I invited a friend with me to Erin's deli today. I was telling him how great it was. I was embarrassed with how we were treated though.

I can't say or tell co-workers enough about Erin's Deli breakfast bagels. The "Sausage Egg And Cheese" with Swiss and Chipotle Mayo is my go to and I can't get enough! Come here multiple times a week.

This is a convenient stop for lunch downtown if you're looking for something light and healthy. While all of the sandwich options and salads are predefined, they are not prepackaged. Orders are taken at the cash register, and you can see the salad (or whatever you ordered) being prepared fresh! This place gets busy, but the speed in which the food is delivered has never failed me. The staff are friendly, it's a good stop of either dine in or take out, and portion sizes are filling! I'll definitely be back!

Looking for a healthy option downtown for lunch? This might be one of the places. They offer a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads. I absolutely love the bang bang chicken wrap. It's more of a thai flavor with peanut sauce and veggies, it's also offered as a salad. The hot sandwiches are also a great option. I like the spicy meatloaf, everything just melts in your mouth. All orders come with a side of veggies or a pickle. There's plenty of room to sit down and enjoy lunch. It does get crowded but the line moves fast.

Erin's has been a favorite spot of mine for awhile. The BLT Avocado wrap is definitely my go to item here. The service is great, even during the busy times. You can get in on either side of the deli, some people might not think about the building entrance.

I WAS a repeat customer. The food is really good and not burgers & fries or just cold cut sandwiches and they offer steamed veggies as a side. However, on my visit May 2, 2019 I specifically went in for a bang bang chicken wrap. They were out of chicken (about 1:00). No problem, I thought "I'll just come back tomorrow." Returned the next day, no one in line, but NO ONE acknowledged my presence, not Erin, not the food prep guy, not the cashier.

All three looked up when I entered but continued doing what they were doing. I was the ONLY customer in line at the time - no one ahead of me and no one behind me. After standing there for a full minute, I turned around and left. I will NOT be returning no matter how much I like their food. It seems the art of customer service is lost. When a customer enters your establishment, it is your responsibility to greet that customer.

I will not spend my money anywhere I am not properly greeted. If this is the new normal, I am sure they will lose many more customers which would be sad because the food is good. I definitely will not be back.

Pass this little Deli numerous times never gave it a second thought. I decided to go in to see what the deli offered and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a BLT Avocado wrap it was delicious and PACKED there was no skimping on the ingredients. They also offer salads drinks chips and cookies.

I don't frequent this place that much anymore because it's just not consistent enough. But I tried it again today & was completely disappointed. I paid $9 for a "Monterey Chicken wrap" which was mostly lettuce. There was very little chicken, I couldn't taste any mayo, and the bacon was super thin as well. Normally these sandwiches fill me up, but since this one was mostly lettuce, I'm still left hungry. Won't be back unfortunately.

Erin's is my favorite place to eat for lunch in Pittsburgh! The menu has a lot of thought in it and the combinations are to die for! The menu is always expanding and there's different specials all the time. Definitely worth the money.

I come here daily for lunch as it's close to my work. For the price tag that is less than $10, I get good fresh salads. Erin's Deli has a great selection of salads and sandwiches. Usually they run the place very efficiently and you get your salad or sandwich pretty quickly. However, try to avoid rush hour between noon to 1pm. However, I was disappointed a couple times when the bread that came with the salad was stale, which I suspected is because they do not get daily fresh bread deliveries.

I would highly recommend them on managing their inventory more efficiently so they can have a continuous supply of fresh bread as it does make a difference. Overall, will continue coming here for lunch and recommend you to give it a try if you happen to be around.

This is a go-to for our office. They have a variety of options that are reasonably priced. I wouldn't say that it is the healthiest food option in downtown, but everything I have tried was good and seemed fresh. It is a little hidden in the bottom floor of the building, which leads to it being less crowded than many other places at the lunch hour. I would recommend it for a quick take out place if you are in a rush.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots downtown, great sandwiches, soup, salad, and side options! I have even done catered boxed lunches for a large group and they were excellent! One critique is that on he occasions I have ordered soup, sometimes I get lots of meat and veggies and other times it's mostly broth. Despite that, all the soups I have tried are great!

I love this place! I go here for lunch from time to time. My ONLY complaint is that I often want to come here because they have soup as well, but they seem to make all of their soups with some sort of ingredient - Rosemary, perhaps? It's off-putting and makes them all taste the same. The carrots in the chicken soup aren't done enough as well, they're nearly raw - had to pick them out. The Diablo turkey sandwich is the best.

I started going here as soon as I started working in the same building. I was told from coworkers that the breakfasts are good but the lunches are hit or miss. I have purchased both breakfast and lunch options, as well as bakery treats, too many times to count. Therefore, I will say the following: - Breakfast is usually great. The souffles are amazing, the smoked salmon on a bagel is superb, and it's moderately priced for downtown - around $7 for a breakfast and coffee.

The meals fill you up to get to lunch. The coffee is also great and simple. - Lunch is usually a miss for me. I liked the Stuffed Pepper Bowl but it is seasonal. Everything else I have tried has not been good. It's kind of like dressing up - take one thing off at the door and you're good. They need to remove one "extra" and it would be a great lunch.

I don't feel like I get my money's worth on the lunches either. Maybe throw in a bag of chips and a drink too rather than the pickle or vegetable option. Also, put some signage up saying how lunch needs to be ordered because you feel a bit like a novice idiot when you don't realize you tell the person with the notepad your order and name, take that to the register and pay, and then wait to get called. - Sweet treats are really good - great cookie selection and interesting takes on classics.

The only one I didn't like was a scone that was really dry. But I did get it at the end of the day so maybe it went stale? - The refrigerated section is full of different salads and fruits and is usually good. Twice I purchased some spoiled hard boiled eggs but out of probably 100 times that is bound to happen. I think they've gotten more stringent on that though with the dated labels.

I really do enjoy the people that work there. Some of them seem a little rough around the edges but their personalities grow on you. The register seems to be a revolving door but I think the new woman they have is a good fit - she's friendly and fun. My recommendations would be: offer total meals for breakfast and lunch like a meal and a drink for $X, offer a punch card for frequent guests so I feel like my choosing them for food is rewarded, re calibrate the lunch offerings and pair down on some of the unique ingredients on sandwiches, and monitor the refrigerated items closely to make sure you aren't labeling spoiled food as still good for a few days.

Erin's Fine Foods is a great little shop for lunch. Walking from Grant St, I couldn't find this place originally, but it was hidden inside the K&L Gates building so it took me 2 tries until I got it right. I love that this place always has really fresh food and I'm pretty sure I had the best chicken salad of my life here. They have a daily special which can be worth checking out as well.

Even though the lunch can seem a bit pricey ($10+) for what it looks like, the food quality is definitely there and worth it. Just make sure you hit this place at the right time, or end up waiting for a while (at least 15-20 mins)!

I would give this place about 3-3.5 stars. Cons: average wait time at lunch is around 20mins. A sandwich and drink will easily set you back $10 dollars. Pros: good food, close to work Suggestions : have combos- 1/2 salad and soup, 1/2 sandwich and salad ect. Include drink in the price. Hand out numbers for guests eating in. That way there aren't not 20 people in a group by the check out.

This place automatically gets bonus points because it's close to where I work. In all fairness though, I give them a solid 4. 1) Friendly staff - everyone here is so nice. They recognize you when you come in, they say hi, ask how you're doing. Try getting that at Starbucks. 2) Reasonable prices - enough said. $1.97 for a large coffee. Sold. 3) Baked goods are crazy good.

Do yourself a favor and get a blueberry scone or a white chocolate raspberry scone and ask them to heat it up for a few seconds. I'm talking life-changing flavor. It's like eating a muffin top with that little crustiness to it, but the WHOLE THING IS LIKE THAT. And then they put some icing on it, you know, for good measure. If you want to be happy while simultaneously hating yourself for not eating healthier, this is the ticket. Those are the top three reasons why I like Erin's. The sandwiches I've had so far have been decent, but not quite at the level of the baked goods section.

Nice Place. Better than the quizno's that it replaced. It was clean inside. Expanded to be bigger by knocking out one of the walls. You order at the counter. The man running the counter was funny. Recognized one of my friends and called her Lisa. (Lisa wasn't her name but he played it off). We laughed. You then walk down the isle and pay the cashier at the end.

The food took maybe 5-10 minutes to prepare. I got the bang bang chicken salad. It's made with a spicy peanut sauce. I also got double chicken since I work out. I don't know if it was really "double" since it looked like about a breast worth of chicken but nonetheless I'm glad they could accomodate my dietary need. I got a drink and a cookie and my meal came out to $13.50.

Again my fault for getting double meat, prolly would've costed around the $11 range otherwise. Portions here are pretty small. Usually deli's are known for getting a good bang for your buck but here the portion sizes are ample. They use plastic containers that are half the size of a regular one, so you get about half the salad you would anywhere else.

The bang bang chicken salad and wrap come with mixed greens, nuts, cucumbers, roasted red peppers and its bang bang asian peanut sauce. The chicken was shredded and tasted good. I'd give it a two thumbs up. Now that I have tried the new place on the block the big question comes up, would I go back? Sure If a coworked asked or if someone wanted to try a new place.

But I wouldn't have cravings for this place like say a chipotle or five guys. It's good, quality somewhat healthy foods at somewhat moderate prices. But in a community that's filled with such diverse options, being good may not make you stand out among the crowd.
