Eggwhites Catering did an amazing job for our Passover Dibber. I called them at the last possible moment, hours before the holiday, and the chef himself made sure that my family was taken care of. The delivery came exactly when promised and all the food was of an amazing quality. I highly recommend egg whites catering and will surely use them again.

I am very happy that I hired Eggwhites for my wedding in December. They took care of everything from food and beverages, tables, chairs, linens, plate settings and service. They were very easy to work with and were always available via email and over the phone. Our guests are still ranting over the welcome drinks, the dinner entrees and the overall service!

Unprofessional service that waits till the last minute to give you an insanely marked up quote leaving you with no option. It sounds based on reviews that they've done this over and over to multiple clients. They give excuses like "we can't give you a breakdown of the cost" or giving you an ultimatum to decide or find someone else. They then become aggressive when you ask them basic questions and lose their cool.

So glad I figured this out one month before the event so I can find new and professional caterers to go with. Trust me on this: don't waste your time. Craaaaazy overpriced and very unprofessional

From the moment Stephanie answered the phone to the day we chose to pick up our platters Stephanie had AMAZING customer service! I placed an order last minute, they were accommodating, prompt, and very nice! The platters were perfectly set up, taste amazing, fresh and Stephanie was so kind to explain everything to me! Our event turned out great and the compliments we received on our catering were constant through out the night! I am very pleased with Eggwhites Special Event Catering and recommend to everyone! Eggwhites is by far the best catering company in Miami. I learned about Eggwhites at a few other events. Their food was always great. So, my husband and I decided to use them ourselves and, per usual, they were amazing. Often times a catering company can get the hors d' oeuvres right but the plated meals leave a lot to desired, especially when serving a large group.

Not with Eggwhites. Both the quality of the food and the attention to detail when it came to plating the food were top notch. I am pretty sure every guest complimented the food at some point throughout the evening. The staff is also great. I worked with Sarah to coordinate the food and service. She helped me navigate Eggwhites extensive list food options, weighing in on what foods serve best and how to best satisfy a variety of guest preferences.

On the actual date of our event, from set up to take down, the staff was professional and attentive. Bartenders made sure every one had a quality drink in their hand (and we have a lot of picky drinker friends) and servers made sure no one went hungry at any point in the evening. I highly recommend Eggwhites catering to anyone looking to actually have legitimately good food at their wedding or event and the staff to match.

An amazing evening thanks to Eggwhites! Sarah the Sales & Operations Director was highly responsive, detailed and always available to answer any questions we had. Nicole the Event Manager and the on-site chef/team did a wonderful job and everyone only had great things to say about the food and presentation. If you are looking for a one-stop-shop caterer to handle everything from the tables and chairs to the food I can't recommend Eggwhites enough.

I visited my Miami for the first time for my 30th Birthday over New Years with a group of 10. My husband wanted to throw me a birthday celebration In our rented home due to Covid. We found Eggwhites catering company online and really knew nothing about them. We were blown away with our experience from start to finish. Every single request was met and they went above and beyond to make the event perfect.

The food was amazing and the specialty cocktails were fantastic! All of our serving staff was super friendly and accommodating the entire time. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this company and would highly recommend!

I have had nothing but superior experiences with Eggwhites catering. The quality of food and presentation has been truly exceptional. The appetizers, main dishes and desserts for an event are difficult to choose from because of the variety of delicious choices.
