After a long cold night camping, my boyfriend and I were freezing and in search of a nice breakfast place for good food and warm drinks. We came in and we're instantly greeted with a warm smile and offered drinks. He got hot cocoa, I got a latte, and they were wonderful. Our server, Cynthia gave us a little bit of a "heavy pour" so the drinks were full and warm.

The food was delicious and she was very accommodating with my order--since the menu requested there be no substitutions. The food was well worth the price, the atmosphere was calm and homey, and the entire place was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this as a breakfast spot!

Came here based on the reviews and it was okay. Loved the atmosphere and the restaurant itself, the service and food were eh. If I'm going out to eat to a place that charges $40+ a plate I think the service should match and I wasn't wowed. We went with the artichoke dip and Brie for the appetizer, then the lobster ravioli and ribeye for entrees.

At $42 a plate for the main entrees I expected far more. The steak was very thin like a burger patty, a lot of fat and came with an onion ring on top. The lobster ravioli was just okay but very plain both dishes lacking flavor. Again neat restaurant but I expected so much more based on the reviews and the price, probably wouldn't go back.

Lovely decor and space. Brunch had so many choices. I went with the highly popular blueberry French toast. It had an orange zest flavoring as well. Husband had eggs, home fries, toast, and bacon. Picture perfect brunch. Would try this place for dinner in the future.

I went in here this morning to get a few coffees to go. Right from the start, the annoyed hostess told my partner and I "to just go sit at the bar and order". So we did. We sat there for a bit, and we were greeted from across the restaurant by the bartender, "Hello ladies, what can I get for you?". I'm a middle aged Native man with long hair.

My partner is a middle aged Native woman with medium hair. Weird. Anyways, got our coffee and got outta there. In the meantime, all the white folks stared at us like we were from Mars. Weird. I won't be going back.

Such a great experience! I have to say Josh, the manager, was exceptional and made the dining experience very welcoming pleasant. The food is phenomenal and provides a delightful fresh experience. Riley makes great drinks and is quite the conversationalist. We will definitely be back soon.

Breakfast options are excellent. It has a pleasant ambiance and is situated in an old yet tranquil town. The beautiful servers and the person who hosted us were gracious enough to go about looking for information on a very historic building that stood just in front of the resto and was erected nearly two centuries ago. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Excellent food in a very interesting and upscale atmosphere, yet the server was genuinely friendly, warm, and just the right amount of attentive. We had the "Kim's" breakfast and it exceeded our expectations along with the coffee. We'll be back anytime we come through here again!

Absolutely fantastic food, atmosphere, drinks, and service. Our server Laura was the best. She took very good care of us and was a very good server. Every one of us in our party of 6 raved about the place and our experience there. I will definitely be back next year. I happened to get the news that my father passed away during diner there, and Laura treated us like family.

This restaurant was recommended by a local and it was delicious. They squeezed us in on a Friday night. Nice variety of wine, cocktails and beer. We had the sea bass and salmon. Scrumptious! The chocolate fudge cake with raspberry glaze was to die for!

Stopped for breakfast. Not worth the money. $17 for 2eggs 2 sausage home fries toast. Eggs over cooked home fries cold and most likely sitting somewhere warm. Sausage was like off the Buffett line. Rye bread toast was the best part. Everything was lukewarm. I just feel like my meal wasn't cooked to order for me. For the money I spent just make me a fresh breakfast.

You can always expect an excellent meal at Dina's, with a great cocktail and wine menu to back it up. We recently dined in the wine cellar, and what a treat that was! I highly recommend that for a special event. Otherwise you can't go wrong with the classy western chic atmosphere upstairs. Dina's is a must-dine in Ellicottville.

Very beautifully decorated restaurant. I particularly loved the lighting. We (3 ladies from Nashville/Dallas) came in 40 minutes before closing for a cocktail because I saw a sign that said craft cocktails and that's really about all I drink. There was only 1 seat at the bar open but a ton of tables. The man at the counter suggested that we come back and make reservations.

He tried our best to deter us from staying I guess, would not let us sit at a table. We grabbed the only bar stool available and another patron was kind enough to stand and the 3 of us shared the 2 barstools. The cocktails were very strong but good. The bartender, Missy, was very sweet and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her and her customer service skills were excellent!

Thanks Missy! We traveled to Ellicottville with a group of 16 (4 families) but the initial greeting was off-putting so we did not bother to come back to dine so I cannot comment on the food.

Love going to Ellicottville, NY and seeing the trees change to fall colors and when winter arrives it's a great ski resort. While it was time for lunch we stopped in to Dina's Restaurant. The menu has great choice of appetizers, entrees, daily soups, specialty coffee drinks and more for all to enjoy. The separate bar is a nice place to gather with friends. Dina's Restaurant is very clean and comfortable with many quaint places to dine.

I asked if the restaurant was named after the owner and I was told her name is Dina DiPasquale. Dina should be very proud of her staff. We were greeted by attentive staff and served promptly by Debbie. After we ate our delicious meal and enjoyed a big homemade cookie Debbie proudly showed me a special area in the cellar they just set up for an intimate wedding. This is not the first time I have eaten at Dina's. It's a pleasure to eat at her restaurant and I've also enjoyed a wedding she catered. Enjoy!

My wife and I have been coming to Ellicottville twice a year for nearly 20yrs, and this is the first time back in almost 2yrs. We were able to take a long over due night away from home and wanted to go for a nice dinner. We have been to Dina's in the past and it was always above average. It's one of the few restaurants that isn't glorified Pub food in the village.

When I tell you that this last trip to Dina's was one of the worst dinners I have had in many years, would be an understatement. Bottom line the food was horrible. We shared a Beet Salad, calamari, crab cakes, truffle fries, and olive crostini. The only decent part was the beet salad, even though it was a very small dinner size salad for $20. The service was great and so were the cocktails. There are other restaurants in the area, check them out first. Seriously how do you screw up Truffle fries.

10:30am on a Friday Excellent meal. Enjoyed the eggs benedict (perfectly runny egg), home fries, corned beef hash, and over easy eggs, coffee, and hot tea. Thanks to the hostess and our server for wearing face masks!

The place is nice and I enjoy the ambiance. This time we stopped for breakfast. The coffee was good. The food was not great. We got the Dina's Benedict and there were a couple of issues with it. The potatoes were cold, the poached egg was cold, and the avocado was brown and sour. The two stars I am offering are for the staff. They waitress was great and checked on us a few times. I've had a poor breakfast experience here twice now so I think I will stop coming in.

All of the 3 stars go to ONLY to the calimari (and 2 dipping sauces - chipotle aioli and made on premises red sauce) which was the BEST I've ever eaten and to Mella, our fantastic, funny, friendly server. She rocked it. I only gave 2 to 3 stars for the rest of the food which was merely "meh". Very limited menu for apps, mains, pasta, etc., maybe just for now? $20 spaghetti and meatballs - small serving, slightly overcooked pasta, runny sauce (not as rich and thick as the one for dipping the calamari which was odd unless they didn't drain the spaghetti well before plating) and very bland homemade meatballs. Salads are all ala carte from $10-$11, decent sized serving and very good. $38 Lobster ravs - 4 oz. tail a bit on the dry side, lots of claw meat, sauce is delicious with only about 5 ravs. $45 filet mignon - so so, small piece of meat for the price, garlic mashed were dry. $3 each cookies were very good, fresh baked daily on premises. Tried the peanut butter and snickerdoodles. That's the only dessert offering. Mixed drinks are pricey. Atmosphere is loud and boisterous so not a good choice if you prefer a more quiet venue. Will go back for the calamari and cookies, but probably not much else.

This place came highly recommended, seems to be an Ellicottville standby. We made reservations for a Friday night, had to wait about ten minutes and had a drink at the bar. Pleasant atmosphere, nice decor, food just OK. We had a pizza (shown) that was decent, a nice house salad, and a pasta dish. Service was a little slow, but that seems normal just post pandemic. A little pricey; you may be paying for the setting and service. I would go back.

A group of my girls friends (7 of us) came today, we are visiting from out of state for the week. We were very excited to try because of their GF options for our friend. It took forever for our waitress to come to us, she threw an attitude from the very beginning when she asked if it was going to be in one check and we replied that it would be separate.

She was cold and just not friendly AT all. She seemed annoyed whenever we had questions, and it just made the whole experience uncomfortable. Then had to ask the the hostess where our server was to be able to get our checks because we were ready to go. There are 8 of us here for the week and none of us will be back because of 1 person. You missed out on some good money. We went somewhere else for a drink after lunch and people were saying the servers there are really rude, so it wasn't just us.

Visited this restaurant for breakfast this weekend to meet up with some family from out of town. I decided to order the blueberry french toast with their signature batter, as well as a side of home fries and bacon to share with my child. The bacon and home fries were very tasty, but the stand out dish was the blueberry french toast. It was quite possibly some of the best (of not the best) french toast I have ever had! I definitely hope to make it in the near future for another delightful meal. The service was fantastic as well!

So we wanted breakfast and it was between here and another place. Dina's had more options. It is a litthe pricey but it was so worth it. It looks small from outside but it is a big place. They have booths and tables and the deconomy is great. I had French toast huge pieces and full of flavor. I didn't even use syrup to eat them. Couldn't finish.

I am not a coffee drinker so I ordered hot tea. They gave me a pot not a teeny pot where I get one more cup. Make that close to 3 cups. And many choices of tea. I also ordered fruit bowl. I love my fruit. My hubby ordered the Coleman omelet. Ot was delicious. He ate it all up. When we visit agan we have to try lunch or dinner. Food was excellent and can't wait to come back.

We came here for dinner for a bachelorette party. The service was amazing (waitress split our checks for our large party, she was attentive, and very nice!) the cocktails were delicious, and the food was very good. I ordered the 12oz steak with honey mustard brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because it seemed very expensive for the quality of food. My dish and two cocktails cost me $75, after tip I was close to $100. Otherwise, I would come here again. Very tasty and a nice experience.

We stumbled into this place and were attracted to its beautiful decor. We were seated and we weren't really given any priority at all from our waitress even though the place was empty. And as we were sitting and talking the waitress came up and started asking us what we wanted but there was something about her tone and demeanor that didn't sit right with me.

She continued to be rude to us, unprovoked and it was deeply upsetting, so much that we had to speak to someone about the woman's behavior and request a different server. Honestly the food wasn't bad but my experience was tainted by this woman. I wouldn't recommend you come here. There are a plethora of other places you should go to instead.

This restaurant used to be really great. However, it seems as if their quality has gone down over the years. I was here for breakfast a few days ago and found my food to be very bland and average. The restaurant was not busy but the service was slow. I was most disappointed in the home fries. How can someone mess up potatoes? No salt, no pepper, and a few burnt pieces.

They were the Best restaurant in Ellicottville for many years. Seems to have dropped like a stone in the last few years. No one cares? Chef changes? Dina doesn't check up on the quality anymore? High prices, mediocre food. Not going here again. The last 3 times were disappointing, and the last time was really shitty overall. Everything was bad.

We came on a not so busy Sunday morning. Am sure I share the sentiment of all when I say I love the decor! The bread here is delicious as well. The spirit and spirit free coffee choices are artfully crafted. Our server graciously took them off the bill because there was no whipped cream and it took awhile to come out. I did feel the omelet I ordered was a little too rich for me. But I do so enjoy any time am lucky enough to indulge in a visit to Dinas fine establishment.
