Only the very best is fit to be called Devil's Food. In culinary lingo, to be "deviled" is to be a bit beyond the ordinary - perhaps a little indulgent or a touch spicy. Devil's Food is simply the best! Every item served -- original cocktails, light hors d'oeuvres, multi-course meals, or decadent desserts -- is beautiful and delicious.
After 16 months of lovingly-prepared, individually-packaged, finish-at-home meals; we are retiring HANDBASKET for the time being in order to refocus our attention on real events! Devil's Food Catering absolutely hit it out of the park for our wedding! We had so many guests tell us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Dan and his team were fantastic to work with and they made sure every request we had was accounted for. The food was flawless and they killed it on the special mocktails we picked out! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to have excellent food, drinks, and service at their special event!

Devil's Food Catering was an absolute HIT at our wedding reception. Their coordination as a team was seamless, the food & drinks were amazing, perfectly cooked & DELICIOUS. James & team were responsive & helpful during the planning process, and delivered on exactly on the high standard they promised. We had a few food allergies amongst our guests & DF was awesome about accommodating. Our guests were so delighted when the late night snacks were served - a perfect night cap for a perfect wedding evening!

Devil's Food was amazing to work with for our wedding. Between multiple pandemic cancellations, eventually settling on a holiday for our date, changing the guest list days before the wedding, and so much more, Dan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. I'm so glad we went with them for our catering team!

Our experience with Devil's Food has been incredible. We hired their team for our wedding rehearsal and wedding reception, and everyone was raving about how delicious the food was. Throughout our wedding planning process, Dan was so helpful and easy to work with. He provided several estimates to answer all of our questions, coordinated our tasting and made sure we were well taken care of, and is a genuinely nice person. We would definitely recommend Devil's Food to anyone!

Don't get me wrong- I love my husband. But the best thing about our wedding was the food that Devil's Food catered. How can a caterer serve 130+ portions of perfectly cooked salmon and piping hot fried chicken at the exact same time? I'm not exaggerating when I say that we spent 45 minutes the following day talking about the food and trying to understand how it's possible to make food THAT delicious. Also- the service was amazing.
The Devils Food team was incredibly helpful, pitching in on chores that had nothing to do with catering and just making our day easy, stress free, and dang near perfect. Absolutely incredible!

The staff at Devil's Food is outstanding. They are one of my favorite caterers to work with. As a wedding planner, I love recommending them to my clients because I know they will do an amazing job. Their food is absolutely phenomenal and I am always excited to work with them because I know the food will be delicious. Our catering experience with Devil's Food exceeded my expectations enormously! From the start of our planning process with Dan through the wedding and after, we have been so well taken care of. Dan dropped off a tasting menu at our house so we could sample before going with them, and then talked with us multiple times about making our vision come true.
We had some odd requests (squeezy bottle cocktails as an homage to the bar where we first met), and Devil's made everything happen seamlessly. I cannot express enough how beyond delicious their food is! Our guests could not stop talking about not only how incredible the food was, but also about the impeccable service. Every team member was so professional, personable, and one of the bartenders even remembered all the guests' names! By far, they were the best wedding catering I've ever experienced and multiple guests said the same. Pro tip: put the fried chicken on your menu--you won't regret it!

Devil's Food is simply the best, specifically Dan! He was so knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of our questions (and concerns). Their presentation (including the tasting) is SO professional and on point, and it really illustrates their best-in-class service. All of the food was delicious, and many of our guests commented on how good it was (rare for wedding food, in my opinion).
They also had so many interesting and unique options, and they were able to seamlessly pull off "family-style" dining, which is not an easy feat. Dan was so responsive and easy to work with, and he went out of his way to accommodate any requests we had and even stayed late on the day of the wedding to be there for our arrival!

Devil's Food catered our wedding in August 2019. Having excellent food was at the top of my list of wedding priorities, and Devil's Food was recommended by my wedding coordinator as being the best in the biz. We went on a few other tastings and Devil's Food was definitely a cut above the rest. We worked with James (who now owns the company) and he is truly one of the kindest and most professional wedding vendors we worked with.
Our marriage is a fusion of American and Indian cultures, so it was important to us that our wedding food also reflected that. James came up with such a creative menu that showcased Indian flavors and spices while still being familiar and accessible to all of our guests. In the months leading up to the wedding, James was kind enough to invite us in for additional tastings to make sure that we liked the dishes he came up with.
The food on our wedding day was somehow more delicious than we even remembered it from our tastings.and that's after being cooked for 150 people! Our guests are still raving about the zatar crusted lamb chops! We also did our bar service thru Devil's Food and are so happy we did. Our signature cocktails were so delicious, they served wine tableside during dinner for even more personalized service, and James went out of his way to order certain whiskeys that I knew our guests would enjoy.

I couldn't recommend Devils Food more highly! We had them cater our wedding and the food was amazing. They helped us craft the perfect menu for what we wanted, were easy to communicate with the whole time, and all of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! They even made us delicious specialty cocktails. The level of service is so high, and the price is quite reasonable.
