I ordered the grad pack for my sons graduation last summer. We chose the pulled pork and trap shoot beef, it was phenomenal! Everyone raved about the food. It was also super easy to prepare the wAy it was packed. All i had to don was heat the meat and beans (you choose 2 sides) in crock pots and roasted. We had at least 125 people and it easily fed out crowd. I can't say enough about what a great value it wAs.

I went there today, hungry, which might not be a good idea. I purchased their homemade turkey bacon, which was amazing, ground turkey, haven't had that yet. A couple of spicy meat sticks, which did not disappoint. I thought they would be Minnesota spicy, but the habanero was so spicy, I loved it! State Fair bacon.amazing and some old time favorite of my late grand father, garlic summer sausage did not disappoint. Actually, I think I was here years ago when I was younger. Some ground beef to top it off. I will be coming back here again in a week or two to really stock up this time. I live in Minneapolis and so worth the trip!

Decent selection (t-bones, porterhouse, pork ribs, beef ribs (only individual, no rack), etc. Good taste. On the high end compared to other meat markets in the area. They don't have prime cuts of meat (just choice) so if you want the really good stuff, you should look elsewhere.

Awesome meat market! The baked beans are to die for, and they make the best brats! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We shop there multiple times each week.
