Even with delivery, you should expect nothing less than creative, fresh and delicious foods. Our menus offer a complete range of catering services, pricing and dietary customization. We deliver to all of San Diego County and require 48 hours advance notice. If you don't see something on our menu, just ask - we can probably deliver that too!
We cannot begin to put into words how wonderful the day's events played through. Each vendor was professional, fun, and their teams working together made the evening feel like a movie set. Both sides of the family could not say enough positive comments about how amazing each person who worked at the event was able to make their night special.

I hired Culinary Concepts for a private event on the USS Midway, 300 people. I could not speak higher of Gina Eliason and her onsite team. Thank you and your team enough for making our event a success! Our headcount for ordering food and cutlery was far too low, however with the help of this awesome team - we did not run out of food, so thankful. Their process for serving food moved quickly for our large group as well. The food was complimented by many! I knew that I had chosen a great partner to work with for this event. Culinary Concepts exceed my expectations!

We cannot say enough wonderful thing about Culinary Concepts! Katie and the entire team are the most helpful, fun, professional and talented people that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning they were incredibly flexible and helpful to create an amazing and yet perhaps not so traditional menu for our wedding. We wanted something fun with our favorite foods but on an upscale level and with a San Diego flair!
From the tasting beforehand every note was given careful attention and their advice made everything run smoothly and taste amazing on our wedding day! The level of services was so incredible with our cocktail hour appetizers waiting for us when we returned from pictures to extra dinner and cake wrapped up for us to take to our honeymoon suite in case we were hungry later.
We also had a list of guests with food allergies they went to every single seat and talked to them personally and then brought them out beautiful plates so they did not miss a thing! We received so many compliments that it was the best wedding food ever! Thank you Culinary Concepts, we will be calling you again soon for any catering need!

Culinary Concepts catered our wedding in June and we were so happy to have them be a part of our wedding. First of all, the food was amazing. They worked with us on creating a menu that incorporated our food interests, which meant we had food that was unique to our wedding. We received many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding food they've had.
We also loved the personal touches CC provided, such as making additional entree plates for the bride and groom to take home. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the dinner again the night after our wedding. Additionally, Culinary Concepts went beyond providing excellent food, they provided incredible service throughout our entire wedding planning process.
The team was thorough in making sure they covered every detail, including things I would not have even thought of myself. On the day of our wedding, they coordinated with our other vendors to make everything run smoothly and were consistently checking in to make sure all of our needs were being met. We absolutely loved having Culinary Concepts cater our wedding and would highly recommend them.

We had Culinary Concepts cater our wedding in November at the Martin Johnson House in La Jolla. My mom and I worked with Katie from the beginning to the end. When I started interviewing different caterers - I spoke to about 10 everyone seemed great, but Katie's friendliness, prompt follow up, willingness to help customize different options for our wedding is really what helped us make our decision.
After our tasting my Mom and I both knew this was going to be the perfect catering company for the wedding. The food was so fresh and healthy. A couple weeks before the wedding we had a walk through with Katie and Javier - Javier was extremely knowledgable on the setup and his recommendations were perfect. Our layout was pretty much directed by his experience which worked out great for the flow of the wedding.
On our wedding the food was fresh and just how the tasting was. Such a good meal! Wish I could have it again! Our goal for the wedding was to have great fresh food and a friendly staff, and Culinary Concepts definitely executed that for us! Thank you Katie and Javier and everyone else at Culinary Concepts for making our wedding the most memorable night of our life!

In preparation for the event, the staff was amazing. They were attentive, paid attention to details, and creative. During the event, the staff was excellent as well - very friendly, helpful, and made sure our needs were addressed. The food was superb! They were able to accommodate the vegetarians and vegans with incredibly delicious dishes.

Contracted for a Navy wedding at the Air and Space Museum. Changed menu from the tasting 3 months prior. At each receipt of contract, menu was not changed and I requested that it be corrected. Received assurances chef would have correct menu. Never did sign contract. Day of the event, menu was not changed, two of the servers disappeared into the museum and had to be tracked down for bussing tables. On-site mgr. and only female server were great. Sent message to Culinary Concepts regarding my disappoint that they did not deliver menu requested and poor server performance. Almost 2 weeks later and have not received a response nor apology. Example of great response prior to event and no interest after business is booked.
