Dear Gabey,
Yesterday was one of the best days in my families lives, you catered my son's Bar-Mitzvah. We don't know how to thank you enough. Your food presentation was classy and plentiful. Your staff's service was courteous and quick.
However, none of this compares to how absolutely delicious the food was, everyone was raving about it!
The salmon could not be fresher. You were AMAZING to work with, i know that i can be difficult to work with...but you were true to your word and delivered everything we could have hoped for.
September 2012 is our next son's Bar-Mitzvah, we look forward to working with you again.
