Shelley catered my wedding and the food and service was amazing! She was such a great communicator via email during our postponement for COVID and it was so appreciated! Highly highly recommend!

Shelley's Creative Catering 2 Go during this pandemic has been a God-send for me to help my elderly parents who are not able to go out to eat and who have difficulty cooking for themselves. The food has been delicious, fresh and healthy. The delivery option has also been wonderful--on time and the delivery person always makes sure my parents are there and get the food, while keeping a safe distance. I want to thank Shelley for this wonderful service and I hope that she continues her catering business for many years to come!

Shelley catered my fathers memorial service in Chico. Her and her crew were professional and awesome, from the set up, to the clean up, everything was beautifully done and the added touches such as the flowers on every table was a lovely touch. The food was delicious and the grazing table was a big hit. We will be forever grateful to her expertise in helping us plan this meal for my dads celebration of life. Kathy McDougall

What a wonderful experience! Shelley and her very knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious crew hit it out of the park with appetizers and full buffet dinner for 115 guests. Everything was delicious and artfully presented. Service was excellent. Bartender Nate is a real pro. Prior to the event, Shelley and project manager Troy visited the venue and advised on a site plan that accommodated seating all guests comfortably, multiple serving tables, bar areas, dance floor, figuring traffic flow, etc. (Heads up: if you've not done this before it's surprisingly complex and must be thought through well in advance of your event.) She organized all the rentals (from AJ Rents, another class act) - tables, chairs, umbrellas, plates, flatware, linens, etc - and did all the post-party clean up prior to return. Shelley's many years of catering experience, calm demeanor, and overall responsiveness gave me the confidence that this event would be highly successful, which it was.

It all ran like clock-work. Guests raved about the food. The team is great fun and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shelley Anderson's Creative Catering and look forward to working with them again.

I placed a last minute catering order for a small business event in Chico, and I can not recommend Shelley enough! She was responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. Her staff were punctual, courteous, and professional. Her food was excellent (we had the Asian noodle bar), and everyone was happy to take home leftovers. I will definitely book Shelley for future event in the Chico area!

Chico Yacht Club has been celebrating Christmas at Shelley's event center for years. She and her staff have been pleasant to work with, patient and flexible, making it easier during the crazy holiday time period. The servers were gracious, food excellent as always and the place cheerfully decorated. Thank you!

I just had my 40th Birthday celebration at Shelley's Banquet Room, and let me tell you, it was the best party I have had in years! (And I own a Party Store) Everything from the food to the service was top notch! We were extremely well taken care of, and could not have been happier. All my friends and family exclaimed about the food! Shelley helped us create a menu that was fun and inviting. Troy, Nate, & Matt took care of every need we had.

They were so accommodating, and thoughtful, it made decorating and set up a breeze. I highly recommend Shelley's Creative Catering to anyone! You will be so happy you chose them, We sure are!

We held a birthday and anniversary party at Creative Catering and it was awesome. Shelly did a lobster feed at my husbands request and it was amazing! Shelley cooked lobster, prawns, sausage, corn and potatoes just like a lobster feed we went to in Napa! Food was delicious and the guests were amazed at how perfect the whole evening was!

We used Shelley's Creative Catering for a week long training seminar. She served a fresh super yummy lunch every day. I'm kinda of a food snob and again have to say every meal was VERY GOOD. As the facilitator I sent out a request for any vegan requests prior to the class.no response. The second day in I find out we have a vegan attending.

From the moment Shelly called me back, I knew I was in good hands. She was so helpful with great suggestions and open to my ideas. I was so relieved to find out not only was Shelly, available to cater my event (Celebration of Life for both parents) but her nice roomy, comfortable banquet room was available. Her variety of food selections was excellent.

The week before our event, my RSVP list from 40 to 50. Two days before my event our guest list grew to 80! Then! The night before the Celebration of Life our guest list exploded to over 90! Each and every time, Shelly was calm and assured me she would handle this event. And boy did she! Shelly and her staff went WAY above and beyond exceptions. Our guests and family raved about the food, service and room. I cannot Thank Shelly enough. What a great time celebrating my parents life.

We hired Shelley's Creative Catering for my husband's birthday party. We wanted to do some of the food, but needed help with some of it as well as the help of her staff in serving, replenishing, cooking and cleaning up. They did a phenomenal job for us! She was fine with only providing part of the food. What she brought was delicious, especially her little tri-tip sandwiches/sliders.

They were outstanding. The antipasti platter was simply gorgeous, as was her fruit platter, and the stuffed mushrooms were a huge hit! The staff was outstanding. They were professional, helpful and on top of their game all night long. I really appreciate all of their expertise! I'll definitely use them again!

I have been using Creative Catering about once a week for at least 3 years to cater my events. This food is amazing! It is so fresh and delicious. Her prices are too low for the quality of food and the service they provide. I highly recommend Creative Catering for any event big or small. They have never ever been late and they are so easy to work with. They are the best!
