We hired Wayne to cater our daughters wedding. As also previously mentioned by some other reviewers, Wayne set up an entire taster meal for four of us. This helped us settle on some of our food choices for the wedding and he was open to some special requests. Then he kept into contact with us even though we booked out with him quite a ways in advance of the actual wedding date.
At the wedding event itself, he showed up timely, the food was prepared as remembered at the tasting, and he and his staff were very professional. He even allowed us to keep the lemonade and tea jugs for the remainder of the evening (and returned by us later), despite him leaving at his contracted time. I would definitely hire him again.

Wayne really pulled through for our wedding. He was one of the only caterers to respond to us in Southern Oregon, he made us a taster meal, he gave experienced advice on decision making, and on the day of the event he knew exactly what to do and performed flawlessly. I would use him again if needed.
