Since starting Cobalt Blue Diamond Catering & Events in 2006, I have enjoyed watching the business grow and thrive. I have surrounded myself with amazingly talented individuals and I let them do what they do best. Quite simply, our team offers extraordinary service and products. I am continuously gratified at the comments and praises our clients bestow upon our team. I am constantly amazed at how we exceed our clents expectations day in and day out!

My role is to lead the management team by example and to challenge them to make each event better and more creative than the last one. However, I cannot expect anyone to do something I am not willing to do myself first. I encourage my team to come up with new ideas, creative presentations and new flavor combinations. We are lucky in our industry that there really is never a dull moment.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends, entertaining at home, traveling, running & working out, playing soccer or spending quiet times with our pets.

Their presentation of the food and the tables was creative and awesome, and resulted in a couple hundred more than satisfied adolescents. Somehow they managed the planning, the shopping, the preparation as well as the serving and cleanup, and cheerfully did the work of a much larger staff! I cannot recommend Cobalt Blue Diamond Catering & Events highly enough.
