Made to order and, whenever possible, cooked on-site so it is AFAP (as fresh as possible). Interactive action stations to bring the kitchen to your guests. Fabulous, casual sliders. Formal, plated, not-that-fork-this-fork dinners. We can really cook. Up. We have an unparalleled bar program. First to keg cocktails. First caterer to bottle them. And, while it was always lurking on an occasional cocktail menu, we believe we single-handedly are to blame for the Moscow Mule's massive up-tick in popularity. Juices are fresh squeezed, syrups are homemade, and ingredients are high end. We test all recipes (the perks here are fabulous) and train our bartenders to make drinks consistently. After years of consumption-based bar billing, in 2016 we decided to simplify the formula. We now offer flat pricing for bars.
When you absolutely have to pull out the stops, go for a plated meal. Coursed dinners are elegant and memorable. Our kitchen team loves them - as they try to outdo one another on making both a flavorful, beautiful, and memorable plate. You want a complete meal experience, but budget restrictions rule out the service required for a plated or family style dinner. Maybe your timeline is a little more fluid requiring longer service time. Go buffet. A little more informal, delicious, and easier on the budget.

We worked with City Catering for our corporate event on the Virginia V. Brittany was great to work with and helped us stay within budget by offering creative solutions. I really appreciated her helpfulness and willingness to accommodate what we were looking for. Would absolutely partner with them again - food was delicious and got rave reviews from our employees and the catering staff was excellent.

City Catering catered my wedding, and they did an amazing job! Carol and her team were great to work with, and then really made my wedding an amazing event. The food is fabulous, their drinks are great, and they are very reasonably priced. The service they provide is also awesome! I would super recommend City Catering for any catering needs.
