Had this food a couple times at weddings. Most of the options seemed like it was heated up straight from a can with no spices added. Especially the ham and carrots, which were very bland. The setup is not professional, they leave all the extra chauffeurs behind the food line so it looks very messy. Also, they have family members serve the food not staff, come on really? Lastly, the plastic wrapped silverware is like using toothpicks to eat your meal.
So cheap and flimsy. I would not recommend them for an event. I also asked a couple question to the one staff member and they could not answer. They had no idea the differences between the types of fried chicken.

We had Chef Bob cater our Class of 66 seventies bday party for 75 people. The food was excellent! The young lady who stayed with us all evening was professional, courteous and efficient! They sat up, fed us, boxed up left overs, and cleaned up, while all the while we visited and enjoyed our party. We gave them 5 stars because that's as highest on the chart, but they are a "10"!
