We were referred to Charley's through our wedding venue, Belle Gardens. We are so glad that we went with them as our food vendor as they were extremely on top of everything. Shirley was an excellent lead and her and her staff were all amazing. The food was delicious and people still talk to me about the dinner. Thank you so much Shirley and the Charley's team!

Our church's catered, meal to go, last night from Charley's was absolutely perfect in every way! We took home the garlic, chicken lasagna. What a delight for our taste buds. Oh my goodness! Charley's catered our church meeting. We took home meals, either beef stroganoff or chicken lasagna. We had the lasagna, and it blew us away! I am a foodie and a cook, and it truly is the best I have ever had or made, and if you knew me, that is a huge compliment! Thank you Charley's!

I have fond memories of singing karaoke at Charley's, both in the late 1990s when I would see what Dempsey's drag queens looked like without makeup and lip sync, and in the 2010s when I would be able to watch Spokane's fantastic stage actors often come sing after performing at the Civic Theater. Thank you Charley's for enriching my life!

We recently used Shirley and her wonderful staff from Charley's to cater for me and my husbands wedding. Shirley was great through the entire process of planning. Her staff was friendly and and professional. The food was amazing, we have had guests ask already who we used so they can also in the future for other events. My husband and I can not. express our gratitude to this business, and just want to say thank you so much! We highly recommend and if we have future parties and need catering we will definitely use Shirley and her staff again. Thank you again!

Charley's Catering catered our 400+ person, backyard wedding and far EXCEEDED all expectations! -Affordable prices -Delicious Food -Very professional and efficient, and friendly staffing--everyone loved them! -Super friendly bartenders who kept lines moving quickly -Great Communication for what they expected from us and what we could expect from them! -Beautifully presented food table -And the way they cleaned up the entire venue by bussing tables, taking out garbage and cleaning up their spaces was amazing and SO appreciated. Waking up to a tidy backyard the morning after was definitely a welcome treat after a very busy week! I would HIGHLY recommend Charley's to anyone looking for a caterer for any size or type of event you may be getting ready to host!

We were very happy with the food for our wedding and the staff was very polite and professional. The food was delicious and set up very beautifully. They also set up our tables beautifully with what we rented from Event Rents. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because we purchased alcohol to have Charley's Catering provide our guests with a signature drink, but they never made it - only the beer and wine we bought was served.

We hired Charleys for catering our wedding. Let me just say the food was phenomenal! Everything tasted so great! The staff on the day of were very attentive and helped me dish up my plate, got me a drink, and made it easy for me (the bride) to actually go sit down and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife.
