My wife and traveled to Chattanooga from New Hampshire for our son's wedding. We wanted to host a small catered breakfast for family and friends staying at the hotel, on the morning after the wedding and reception. I took a chance on Alan, and boy did he not let me down. The food was perfectly prepared: a simple, comfort food breakfast that was enjoyed by all of us. Alan was great to work with, his service was reasonably priced, and I feel that I got outstanding value for what we paid. I could not be happier! Without reservation, I would endorse Alan for any catered event. I hope to have a reason to use him the next time we are in Chattanooga!

Working with Alan was a wonderful experience! He was able to take care of the food, serving supplies, staff, and the equipment rental for our wedding. All of the food was amazing, possibly one of the best meals I've had in my life! Alan made sure to personally go around to every table and make sure everything was good, which to me shows he really cares about the quality of his food and service.
He and his staff stayed after to help clean up as well, and we had no issues with anything or anyone. I will definitely use Alan again for my next catered gathering! 10/10, would recommend!

I engaged Alan for my mother's funeral visitation (Sept 2020). My first contact with him set him apart from other caterers in the Chattanooga area that I had interviewed. He was very responsive, kind and understanding. His menu choices were quite extensive and perfect for the family and friends who would be attending. He also accommodated my personal need for gluten free options.
On the day of the visitation, Alan arrived promptly and went "above and beyond" my expectation for the set up and presentation. Everyone raved about the food and beverages! His price point was very fair and competitive. I highly recommend Catering by Alan.

Alan is a gem to work with and really came through to help feed our community after Easter Sunday's tornado. We were looking to feed many families in our neighborhood that lost power, not knowing when it would come back on. He made sure everyone got fed, with heaping portions, within our budget. He delivered everything we needed right to us and left supplies to make sure food remained warm from lunch to dinner time. Thank you Alan! Your meals have never disappointed in the past, and your service is superb.

Very rude people, my salad was awful nasty tasting he said well nobody else complained all I ask for was something else not even my money back! They just looked at me and said well what do want me to do! Very unprofessional! Prices are to high for a salad that is not good at all! Zaxbys is much better loaded and tasteful! I will not be paying for food from them ever again!
