I wanted to have a unique wedding...not cookie cutter. I had a specific menu in mind and I wanted it to be action stations. I contacted several caterers and wasn't very happy at the responses I was getting until I called Cater Express and spoke to Mary Jo. Wow! What a difference. Not only did I get the exact menu that I wanted but Mary Jo and Kat were so personable. Kat did a private tasting for us which included doing a mini action station for our pasta!
The food was incredible, the presentation was so very cool and all of their staff were professional and really nice. If you want a caterer who will take care of you and make your wedding fabulous you have just found them!

Cater Express catered our wedding brunch for 120 of our guests. We had mini quiches, croissants, danishes, mini muffins, fresh fruit, mimosa's and coffee. Their table display's, food presentations and staff were awesome - just as great as all their pictures from their website. I would recommend them for anyone's special day! Thanks a bunch!
