Eric and Trinity were extremely helpful in making my day run smoothly. Eric was on top of everything that needed to happen the day of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I got to sit back, and enjoy my special day because Eric had it! I also have never had such amazing appetizers at a wedding, they were so tasty! From the beginning they made sure every detail was accounted for. I can't thank them enough, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Caribbean Catering and I was shocked to notice a bad review on Google. I made a call to Trinity at Caribbean Catering and asked her why she had been trashed in a recent review and she brought to my attention that the party who reviewed her negatively did not even use her services or do a wedding with her! The negative review is from party who wanted contracts changed over & over and cheaper and cheaper. Unfortunately, not all customers are "fabulous" some people just want everything for "cheaper, cheaper" and you get what you pay for. Caribbean Catering is Top Notch, not cheesy, so worth the little bit extra it costs to have a classy, amazing food quality! Additionally! Caribbean Catering works well with many properties in the Islamorada area and is able to do events at estates where she has exclusives! Properties I highly recommend looking at.

Trinity helped us plan the most spectacular wedding on short notice during COVID! Our wedding was a small gathering of under 30 people. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to and they still talk about it. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our meal was outstanding--one of the guests even booked another dinner party with Caribbean Catering because they were so impressed!

Just the worst experience ever with Caribbean Catering. We planned a wedding for 6/13/2020. Covid 19 closed down Monroe County, in the Florida Keys. No visitors were allowed to enter Monroe County, FL. We rescheduled the wedding for 12/10/2020. Covid 19 was up. All of our wedding guests cancelled. All of the vendors, the venue, the flowers, the photographer, and the DJ refunded our deposits.

The only vendor who did not return a penny, was Caribbean Catering. Just days before we had to cancel the wedding, because of Covid- and all of our guests declined to attend at the last minute, Trinity Van Steenburg, of Caribbean Catering, took a $10,900 payment- for no guests. This was just for planned food and chairs and tables, and a portable bathroom.

None were used. There is no chance we could reschedule the wedding, because my husband, father of the bride, was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, just days after the cancelled wedding. A fatal disease with no cure. He was given 1-2 years to live. Meanwhile, Trinity Van Steenburg kept our deposit of $10,900.00 for a wedding that never would happen in the Florida Keys. Likely, we would never return to the Keys again, for a wedding. Trinity stole our money.

She kept our deposit for a wedding that would never happen, from a man diagnosed with a fatal disease. She is heartless, and cruel. $10,900 would buy our family enough health care to make our loved one's fatal illness less pleasant. My daughter got married locally, at our local Catholic Church- so that my husband, who can no longer walk, coukd watch our daughter get married. Shame on you Trinity.

We hired Caribbean Catering to provide food for four families vacationing at a local resort for 5 days. From the first call to the last meal drop off, we had a fabulous experience. Trinity and Courtney were flexible with simple changes throughout our planning process, communicated clearly, and accommodated our schedule as needed. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious, the portions plentiful, with fair pricing. Highly highly recommend! It made our vacation awesome to have the food taken care of! We look forward to using them again.

Caribbean catering makes absolutely phenomenal food that is very reasonably priced. We stayed in Key Largo and purchased catering from Caribbean Catering for three evenings for our wedding. Each meal was just as spectacular and the service was extraordinary. Trinity and Courtney were so pleasant to work with and tailored a menu exactly to our guests' needs that much cheaper than any other option we considered.

The caliber of food was very impressive! Would highly recommend for any event or wedding. They were also great at accommodating dietary restrictions in our 16-person party of all sorts of preferences.

Trinity and Christina were great to work with! The rentals looked amazing and they were total professionals. The food was also great. Everyone loved it. Thank you for making this the best day of our lives.

Choosing Caribbean Catering for our wedding caterer/decorator/everything was the best choice we could've made! Debbie had every decoration we wanted and made my pinterest vision come to life. Everyone at our wedding raved at how good the food was both at our rehearsal dinner and reception. The cake was beautiful and delicious too! Can't say enough for how beautiful and perfect everything turned out thanks to Caribbean catering!
